With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the introduction of overseas high-level talents is not only an important way to gather high-level talents in a relatively short period of time,but also an important measure to build an innovation-oriented country.It is also the important coping measure to change the economic growth mode and realize the industrial upgrading.As overseas students have a variety of choices,therefore,how to attract overseas high-level talents to return to China for business has caused much concern by the theory and practice.From the network point of view,the various types of industrial clusters like National High-Tech Zone,International Students Pioneering Park gather upstream and downstream industry chain,universities and other institutions together to form the entrepreneurial network,having a great information and resource support for the accumulation of talents and their entrepreneurial activities.This paper intends to focus on the internal psychological perception of overseas talents from the perspective of organization and network,to explore the mechanism of perceived organizational support to entrepreneurial performance,and to explore the formation and influence mechanism of entrepreneurial activities in many perspectives,which is helpful to explore the formation and influence mechanism of entrepreneurial activities,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for attracting overseas talents to return to business.On the basis of summarizing and reviewing the relevant theories of overseas talents returning to business,this paper puts the network embeddedness as a mediator variable,establishes a relationship model of the influence of overseas excellent entrepreneurial talents support on entrepreneurial performance.A total of 155 samples were collected from all kinds of parks based on high-tech industry development,using data analysis software like the SPSS19.0 and AMOS 20.0 to test the hypothesis,analyzing the influencing mechanisms between the perceived organizational support,network embeddedness and entrepreneurial performance.The results of data analysis show that perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on the performance of technology innovation and growth potential;perceived organizational support has a significant positive predictive effect on relational embedding andstructural embedding;structural embedding has a significant positive effect on the performance of technological innovation and the growth performance of enterprises,and the effect of relational embedding is not significant;network embeddedness plays a central role in the relationship of perceived organizational support and entrepreneurial performance(technological innovation performance,corporate growth performance),and in the path of the growth of enterprise performance,the intermediary effect of structural embeddedness is greater than the relational embeddedness.Accordingly,this paper puts forward relevant management countermeasures and policy suggestions from two perspectives: government and overseas talents.
