Schedule management, quality management and cost management project managementis the three major objectives of management, plays a crucial role in the project management.All of the project stakeholders, the project duration is money, also is the direct benefit,quickening the pace means additional resources, schedule delays will cause many indirectcosts of production, therefore, in the process of project management, how to establish ascientific, reasonable schedule in project construction in the process of the use of scientificmanagement methods to control the progress of project effectively, is critical. In view of this,based on the project schedule control theory, discusses the control method of projectconstruction vehicle manufacturing base in Daqing Volvo and safeguard measures.The paper summarized the domestic and foreign scholars on the project schedule controltheory based on the current situation, put forward the research background and significance;summarizes the basic theory and characteristics of project related, and the concept and contentof the project management are reviewed in this paper, introduces the principle and the methodfrom the project plan and schedule control two aspects, and carries on the contrast analysisand study of various methods, laying the theoretical foundation for the following research; byanalyzing the status of the project construction vehicle manufacturing base in Daqing Volvoand factors and security, put forward Daqing Volvo car manufacturing base constructionproject schedule control factors including environmental factors, human factors, materials andequipment factors, technical factors and capital of five factors, and then sums up the factorsensuring Daqing Volvo car manufacturing base construction project schedule, includingschedule control objectives, schedule plan, schedule, check and adjustment and good externalenvironment in four aspects; on this basis, with PDCA as the control basis, the use of a barchart comparison, actual progress forward comparison method, type S Analysis and erroranalysis, real-time monitoring and inspection of the project schedule curve method, earnedvalue, and carries on the analysis and adjustment for the deviation; finally, based on theresults of the analysis, put forward security Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing baseconstruction project schedule feasible measures. According to the study on schedule controlmethod of Daqing Volvo car manufacturing base construction project, which aims to providea set of scientific, reasonable, effective measures for project schedule control.
