As a listed company, T company survive in the cracks of these competitors, the market needs development.In ordre to account for a place, the company need to seize the market as quickly as possible. But the T company’spolicies on the market developers;existing incentive mode cannot follow the development, and can’t work on the incentive marketing personnel.At the same time, in the operation and management also has huge challenge. In short, setting up a reasonable scientific and accordding with the development status of T company to market development staff incentive system has become a pressing matter of the moment.In this paper, under the guidance of the sales staff incentive theory, the author adopt the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative, combination of market development staff of the T company satisfaction survey results, the author analyze the actual situation of the marketing personnel incentive system of the T company. Finaly,the author find out the existing problems, combined with the actual situation of human resources management, incentive scheme the market development staff of the T company is proposed to optimize the design, construction of the incentive model. Taking the marketing personnel salary system, performance appraisal system and occupation career planning system into accout,the author formulate the T campany staff development incentive mode. At the same time, by emphasizing the incentive effect of T corporate culture, this mode also can strengthen the organization culture to the staffs cohesive force and the incentive utility.By studing the optimization of the incentive scheme of marketing personnel of the T company,the author want to make the T company’s human resource management standardized and scientific, and to keep talents and its core competitiveness. By this study, the author also hope that it can provide some useful reference for human resources management for the gas industry. |
