Since the implementation of China’s reform and opening up policy,with the establishment and development of the socialist market economy system,the issue of enterprise incentive has become an increasingly important and continuous concern of social scholars.In this paper,JL Company,a medium-sized technical consulting service enterprise,is taken as the research object.On the basis of fully understanding and analyzing the existing incentive management theories and scholars’ research results at home and abroad,the main human resources of JL Company,i.e.the high rate of high-tech brain drain and the general lack of work of employees,are investigated and studied.It is found that the management of JL Company does not agree with the incentive management Based on the development stage and current business situation of the enterprise,this paper explores the causes of the problems,such as the role of incentive,poor implementation effect of incentive system,single incentive content and unreasonable incentive means.That is to say,JL enterprise lacks advanced management concept,management skills,unreasonable incentive system and imperfect implementation mechanism in the existing incentive management;the incentive content and mechanism of compensation and welfare are not perfect;the incentive methods are backward and unscientific,which focus on spiritual incentive but ignore material incentive,and attach importance to institutional incentive but ignore lack of cultural incentive.Based on the core guidance of healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,this paper explores the effective incentive systems and incentive methods of enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions as follows:JL Company should first put forward specific departments such as delivery,sales and functions At the same time,we should optimize the salary level,structure and other mechanisms in the incentive management of the whole enterprise,improve the training,performance and incentive promotion system,optimize the incentive management concept,and improve the employees’ recognition of the enterprise as the core,so as to gradually improve the overall efficiency of the incentive management of JL Company.
