Specialized villages is one of the important ways to the current agricultural areas of economicdevelopment, it can promote the urban-rural integration development, and the coordinated development ofurbanization, agricultural modernization and industrialization. Currently, researches of specialized villagesare focused on the professional mechanism analysis about temporal evolution and spatial evolution, it alsofocused on the gathering mechanism analysis about specialized villages. Depend on the uniquedevelopment. In the led of enterprise, large-scale, diversification and have certain characteristic agriculturespecialized villages system gradually formed. This article takes the tea planting specialized villages asexample, obtaining the data which we required by field research, combining the statistical data which wecollected, on this base, we has measured the agriculture specialized villages concentration of shihe byagglomeration and spatial, this paper expounds the pattern of evolution of specialized villagesagglomeration, it is based on the village is a unit, to explore the internal mechanism of agriculture-basedspecialized villages gathering.(1) The planting form changed from farmland to tea garden happened is a occasional case, but itpromotes the rapid development of tea industry in Shihe. The planting form changed from farmland to teagarden making people realize that engaged in tea planting, processing can bring more economic benefits topeasant, resulting in a wide range of planting form changed from farmland to tea garden, therebyincreasing the area of tea planting, planting techniques and industrial benefits. Compared with the percapital net income of farmers, the proportion of per capital income of tea is increasing, the status of teaproduction, processing and other income is increasing in farmers’ income in a direct result that plantation area and tea industry output rising. Shihe villages are agriculture-based specialized villages, which have aspecialty seed breeding, cultivation of tea has a long history. Over time, the professional tea plantationvillages in shihe is growing trend, at the same time, through ArcGis space analysis, professional teaplantation village continued to spread in space, and the distribution of specialized villages have showed acertain clustering.Based on the industrial agglomeration which measured by location quotient, we can findthat, on the industry level, tea industry in Shihe has a trend of rapid development, in the process of itsdevelopment, tea industry in shihe has experienced by disadvantages to advantage, finally it is for regionaleconomic development, tea industry has became the dominant industry, which with a strongclustering.Based on the spatial clustering of specialized villages which measured by Kernel density, wefind that, through the2000,2005,2010,2013four years specialized villages gathering measured byKernel density, we can effectively measure the distance of significantly agglomeration was reducing, specialized villages agglomeration showed enhanced over time trend. Through the analysis of thedifference between the observed and expected values, we know that, in the process the specialized villages’number is growing, the spatial status of villages and study scale are important factors that affect theagglomeration measure.Based on the spatial clustering which measured by spatial autocorrelation, weknow that, from2000to2013, Moran I index is always positive, tea plantation specialized villages in shihehas obvious spatial agglomeration and a certain degree of spatial dependence. From2000to2005, Moran Iindex is increasing, and the spatial dependence of every tea plantation specialized villages is graduallyincreased; from2005to2010, Moran I index has decreased but still positive, the spatial dependence of teaplantation specialized villages is gradually weakened but still there; from2010to2013, Moran I indexcontinued to rise, which leading to the spatial dependence of tea plantation specialized villages graduallyincreased. Based on the spatial agglomeration which measured by cold hotspot analysis, it shows that tea plantation specialized villages have appeared high-high concentration and low-low concentration. Lookingat the overall, from2000to2013, tea plantation specialized villages obvious spatial agglomeration inspatial distribution. From2000to2005, the hotspot of tea cultivation area specialized villages mainly insouthwestern of Shihe, specialized villages distribute in northeastern obvious cold-spot. From2005to2010, the number of specialized villages which measured by cold hotspot has increased, the distributionof cold hotspot has became wider, the distribution range more dispersed and disordered than the previous;from2010to2013, the distribution of hotspots specialized villages and cold spots specialized villages tendto concentration, hotspot zone transfer from southwest to southeast, the northwest region become a newcold spots zone, a new round specialized villages concentration is beginning. Hotspots and cold spotsdistrict in2000and2005compared to2010and2013, the distribution of specialized villages show moreconcentration and polarization, the number of cold spots and hotspots of specialized villages are allincreasing, the geographical concentration of hot and cold particularly evident.(2) In the study of the stacking mechanism tea plantation agriculture-based specialized villages inshihe, we can find that, accident, natural environment (topography, hydrothermal conditions, soil), theregional environment (transport, markets), human the impact of capital, geographical proximity, government functions and other factors are all could influence the agriculture-based specialized villages,on the basis of innovation diffusion and imitation innovation was developed on the agriculture-basedspecialized villages through geographical proximity and other conditions, so that they gather in theagriculture-based specialized villages exhibited obvious agglomeration advantages conducive to therealization of innovation, absorption and innovation to achieve the second. By the principal componentanalysis, opportunity conditions, regional environmental, human capital, geographical proximity, government functions and so on, these factors have a profound influence on spatial agglomeration of the agriculture specialized villages in shihe, on the six main component of principal component analysis, theyhave a s heavier load, which can explain the gathering mechanism of agriculture-based specializedvillages.(3) Shihe agriculture-based specialized villages development constrained by natural resources, farmers quality environment for the development, production and marketing of touch and other constraints, leading to accumulation of factors restricting agriculture-based specialized villages appearedagriculture-based specialized villages development in the village. To achieve further optimization ofagglomeration and professional development of agriculture-based specialized villages, need to transformthe tea industry development ideas, from extensive development to intensive development change, economic prosperity and tea, while developing diversified tea industry, tea industry and tea will traveltogether, in play local resources, improve the basic infrastructure in the region to realize the connotation oftea industry to develop and enhance tourism, focusing on the effective integration of the tea industry andresearch, to achieve diversification and development of tea industry.
