The Study On Agglomeration Of Specialized Villages In Henan Province

As the economic zone of Central Plains rises for national strategy, urbanization and industrialization advances quickly, but there are still a lot of problems in agricultural efficiency, increasing peasants’income and rural development, the development of specialized villages is a better solution to the matter, it is an important way to develops the rural economy with great vitality. However, there is little research on this subject, and most still remain in appearances, thus the research on the spatial-temporal evolution and its mechanism, agglomeration and its mechanism on specialized villages are good references to the village economic development and new rural construction. The article chooses Henan as the object of study, for its representation and typical nature, studies the spatial-temporal evolution of specialized villages, the investigation data originates from Provincial party committee office; the spatial data originates from national foundation geography information center website; the statistical data originates from Henan Statistical Yearbook and Rural areas of China Statistical Yearbook, using Excel、SPSS17.0and ArcGIS9.2analyze and process the data, and using the description statistics、spatial modeling and spatial analysis to do the quantitative research.Based on industry standards, the article divides specialized villages into three types such as specialized villages of featured agriculture, specialized villages of industry and specialized villages of other types, and analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution and agglomeration from different types, analyzes the development environment of specialized villages, and also discusses on how to cultivate specialized villages and promote specialized villages to gathered.The article is primarily to the following conclusion:(1)The specialized villages of Henan are of different types. The development of specialized villages speed up obviously, and appears four high tides, the number of featured agriculture specialized villages is ahead, the development of specialized villages follow the specialized villages of featured agriculture, then the specialized villages of industry, and last specialized villages of other types, comply with the common sense. In the formation and evolution of specialized villages, Enterprise-driven、Government and able-man guiding、location、terrain、natural resources and traditional custom are important factors, they are all driving the formation of specialized villages.(2)From the spatial structure of specialized villages, specialized villages mainly concentrates in the north central, there are few in the southwest, it shows feature that the large-scale decentralized, the small-scale gathered, overall, it present Central-periphery. Specialized villages of featured agriculture come into being in East Henan plain as traditional agriculture area, and the degree of concentration of specialized villages is higher and higher, specialized villages of industry come into being in the position of convenient transportation easily, and contrary to specialized villages of featured agriculture, and other types are dispersible. Overall and the degree of specialized villages of featured agriculture is highest, and then specialized villages of industry, specialized villages of other types last.(3)A11the three types global autocorrelation with the passage of time is getting higher and higher, the global autocorrelation of specialized villages of industry is highest, that is, the county with more specialized villages of industry neighbors. The research of partial autocorrelation shows that the appearance of H-H agglomeration of Specialized villages of agriculture is obvious, H-L represents key areas, the key areas are distributed evenly in the map of Henan province. Specialized villages of industry starts higher level, the key areas are agglomerated in the north central, specialized villages of other types starts later. The regional clusters displays that the degree of household is different from different areas, the high degree area locates in the low level of specialized villages.(4)The agglomeration of specialized villages of Henan province influenced by technology diffusion, network system, economies of scale and government behavior, and the number of specialized villages、the scale of leading industry、the number of leading enterprises and the per capita net income of specialized villages contributes obviously to the county economy.(5)In the development of specialized villages of Henan province, cultivate and strengthen specialized villages、strengthen the scale of leading industry、increase the net income、cultivate leading enterprises and rural entrepreneurs are the direction of specialized villages. And it also should be scientifically formulated the development plan、optimized development environment of specialized villages、full use of regional embeddedness、follow the economies of scale division to optimize the spatial structure and strengthen the power of specialized villages.
