With the high-speed economic development,nowadays many companies disobey the realisticprinciples and objective laws, designing and manufacturing of counterfeit products, which bring hurts toboth the people and the companies. Most of the employees don’t believe the company and don’t work hardor enjoy life. There are numbers of companies close down or go bankrupt every day in the word.The Plenum of the18th had proposal of absorbing energy from excellent traditional Chinese culture torealize Chinese Dream. Universe outlook is one of the important parts of Chinese traditional culture whichstudy on the relationship between nature and man. Ancient Chinese use the relationship of the nature andman to solve the problems between man and the society and to make people happy and country prosperous.Learn from the ancient, we can solve the problems of the company through the Universe outlook, whichboth can answer the call of promotion of traditional Chinese culture and also help the companies to findways to improve.The writer first gave a clear explanation of the traditional Universe outlook with the help of manyfamous books of Confucians and Taoist. Those are following the objective laws of nature, putting peoplefirst, sticking to traditional ethics, honestly and selflessly.The writer also give some examples to prove that obey the universe outlook can bring profits tocompanies and disobey may bring terrible results. The examples are those who well-run of their companiessuch as Phoenix Contact China, and Toyota of Japan. In the view of the lost of the Universe outlookanalyzing the cause of U. S. financial crisis.Then the writer give advises on how to improving the ability of business administration depending onthe universe outlook. We should do better in making business development strategy and managementdecision, optimizing internal controls, fair competition and undertake social responsibilities. The writer alsogave a short comparison of universe outlook administration and human-based management.We should adhere to the aim, make clear direction of management, comply with the law of thedevelopment, do not be anxious for success, not be greedy for small profits, should be solidarity andcooperative. Leaders should improve their own qualities from several parts and do good examples to the employees. Enterprises should establish their own culture, people-oriented, and choose the right people andestablish a harmonious team. The enterprise should formulate appropriate rewards and punishmentmechanism, encouraging the advanced ones and stop the bad actions. Put the right person in the rightposition, so that everyone can play well of their own roles and contribute best to the enterprise. Enterprisesshould actively take their social responsibilities.At last the writer give best wishes to all the companies and we can inherit the teaching of ancient sagesand do good people and company to bring welfare to the word.
