With the further development of globalization, a increasing number of enterprises searchfor more chance abroad. They try to use cross-border business model to allocate resourcesglobally to reduce costs and increase profits. However, at the same time, since the extensivecontacts of the transnational supply chain risk events, it also brings more complex risks. Thispaper mainly studies the portfolio decision of global supply chain, and analyzes the impact offoreign exchange risk on supply chain enterprise in offshore outsourcing activities. In thispaper, we use mean to measure the risk and variance to measure the risk in the and cost in thesupply chain outsourcing, thus establishing an investment decision model. We use asimulation example to analysis quantitatively how foreign exchange risk to influence thedecision of offshore outsourcing in the enterprises in the supply chain problems.This paper consists of six chapters, the main contents of each chapter are as follows: thefirst chapter is the introduction part, mainly introduces the current research situation of thepurpose and significance of this study, related to global supply risk management. The secondchapter mainly introduces the supply chain and its management, risk management, and thenintroduces the concept of global supply chain risk management and theory, and pointed outthat the global supply chain risk management compared with.other risk management. Thethird chapter established a mean-similar to the Markowitz mean variance model, in order toportfolio risk decision analysis in supply chain. The fourth chapter uses the model specificanalysis in the global supply chain outsourcing business, and how does the exchange rateaffect the risk decision of enterprise.
