They try to use cross-border business model to allocate resourcesglobally to reduce costs and increase profits. However, at the same time, since the extensivecontacts of the transnational supply chain risk events, it also brings more complex risks. Thispaper mainly studies the portfolio decision of global supply chain, and analyzes the impact offoreign exchange risk on supply chain enterprise in offshore outsourcing activities. In thispaper, we use mean to measure the risk and variance to measure the risk in the and cost in thesupply chain outsourcing, thus establishing an investment decision model. The fourth chapter uses the model specificanalysis in the global supply chain outsourcing business, and how does the exchange rateaffect the risk decision of enterprise.
