Since the early21st century, gradually increase the intensity of the reform of economic system in our country, and the rapid development of non-public economy, private economy, the growth condition and the growing entrepreneurial opportunities, the business enterprise growth environment has been optimized, in small and medium-sized enterprises in the proportion of large private enterprises, at the top of the individual or team managers are more need innovation, adventure, such as entrepreneurial spirit demand, with the entrepreneurial spirit, can small and medium-sized enterprises in the rapidly developing economic environment to better participate in market competition and gain better market efficiency. Guangxi is relatively backward economic development in western areas in China, however, with the western development strategy in recent years, the popular especially in the beibu gulf region, guangxi region of small and medium-sized enterprises in the rapid rise, the number is increasing, in these new small and medium-sized enterprises, the initial period mostly adopts the model of team entrepreneurship, gradually developed into a senior management team, from the perspective of firm growth, the senior management team entrepreneurship cannot be simply equated with individual entrepreneurship, but rather the collective sense of entrepreneurs, may, by way of cooperation, sharing cognitive action in a timely manner to identify, develop and make use of market opportunities, create new resources and promote enterprise growth.Domestic and foreign scholars research on entrepreneurship and business growth has reached a certain height of theory, but most are from the Angle of the individual entrepreneurs to explore the entrepreneurial spirit, in the group decision as the management mode of executive team entrepreneurship research less, from senior management team and entrepreneurial spirit to study the growth of small and medium-sized enterprise performance is less. Therefore, in this paper, combining the predecessors’ theories about entrepreneurship and business growth performance, combined with the method of empirical analysis, to collect the data of guangxi industry small and medium-sized enterprises, set up executive team entrepreneurship and business growth performance of various variables and dimensions, the relationship between the variables analysis, to the senior management team researches in entrepreneurship and business growth performance, and to explore the executive team entrepreneurship enterprises from all parties in the influence of growth performance and the influence of how much. This paper mainly includes the following content:The first chapter, introduction. Put forward in this paper, we study the problem, briefly expounds the research background, from the angles of theory and reality is put forward in this paper, the research significance, and explains the research method of this paper points out that the innovation points and difficulties in study.The second chapter, theoretical foundation and literature review. Put forward in this paper, the theoretical basis, to the senior management team, the concept of the executive team entrepreneurship, refined, and the entrepreneurial spirit and business growth performance, entrepreneurship and business growth performance of the domestic and foreign research status and achievements summarized.The third chapter, the research hypothesis and questionnaire design. Through the analysis and summary of research literature at home and abroad scholars, according to the research content and purpose of this article, put forward the executive team entrepreneurship, the dimensions and performance of the firm growth assumptions. And according to the hypothesis proposed dimensions, design the executive team entrepreneurship and business growth performance relationship questionnaire, and related variables for each dimension item design.The fourth chapter, data collection and statistical analysis. This part through to the region of guangxi nanning, guilin, liuzhou, yulin, wuzhou, senior management team of small and medium-sized enterprises in cities and counties, such as questionnaire, interview method and the combination of questionnaire survey method, data collection, using SPSS19.0software to analyze data.The fifth chapter, the research conclusion and prospect. According to the analysis of the questionnaire, the paper puts forward the research conclusion of this article, finally summarizes the full text, combined in this paper, we study the deficiencies and limitations, and puts forward the direction of follow-up study.In this paper, through the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis method to the following conclusion:1.
