In today’s era,entrepreneurship has become a trend,butwhat a entrepreneurial success required is not only the personal fascination and intelligence,butnecessarily rely on the collective entrepreneurial team play, in such a market that filled with intense competitions and tough challenges, especially referto the initial team formed in the early period of entrepreneurs hip, which directly determine the pattern and how the development will be in the future. A healthy development of a company demand talents in many aspects andgrouping these people together as a powerful fighting entrepreneurial team with unity to carry forward thespiritof collaborationand also to promote asustainable development. With the development of global economy,the fierce competitions among all walks of life and the competitions between enterprises has a long evolution between talents,Deng Xiaoping once said "talent is the first resource and the first competitivenessof the enterprise". That is to say, the one who obtain talented peoplewill be able to build good corporate competitiveness. And enterprises need to provide competitive salary,brilliantcareer development space and as well as a platform including a series of "software" and "hardware" fields to attract and retain these talented people, especially the key personnel, whom the human resource management of enterprises should be regarded as core objects to work on. And this strategy is a essential mean for modern enterprises to enhance the internal human competitiveness. The role of the core team of a entrepreneurial enterprise is self-evident,Thereforein the case of the general trend of the whole people,the study of this paper has a very important practical and theoretical significance. In a sense, this research papercan be in theory to improve the guidance of the enterprise’s core entrepreneurial team.so that the development of its core business team can get more help.In order to make a systematic study on the team building of the core staff,this paper applies the theory of modern motivation and team building to Shenzhen JK company as an example and puts forward theconstruction of the core staff.In this paper,the core team of the ventureand the Shenzhen JK company’s core team are the research objects. Through the development of the company’s relevant data including the analysis of Shenzhen JK company’s core team in the company’s development process indifferent roles and shortcomings and experiences of team building during the company’s development process to provide related suggestions.The research method of this thesis is to take the method of layer by layer. The third part is about the specific situation of Shenzhen JK company’s core team. The fourth part is to expound the achievements and problems of Shenzhen JK team in the course of operation.
