Research On Measurement Of The Perception Of Longji Terrace Scenic Spot Residents Based On Environmental Adaptation

In recent years, the tourism has developed rapidly which makes a contribution to income of the third industry. And it also influences the development of the local environment, economy and society, especially for Community-based tourism environment. Human and environment have mutual influence in the Tourism system. In order to keep human and environment in balance under interactive function, only find one way of adapting to the development of each other can they develop smoothly. The carrier of agricultural culture of longji terrace scenic spot is mainly its tourist resources. Namely the terraces, terrace on the one hand local residents live with the field, on the other hand it became the tourism resources because of its unique landscape. The development of local tourism is equivalent to the entire longji village terrace as a tourist destination. Tourism development not only brought in revenue for the local residents, but also brought some negative effect to the local natural, economic and social environment. Tourism development as a stimulus, broke the balance between local residents and the environment, caused some friction, affected the sustainable development of local tourism. This article based on the perspective of the environmental adaptation, analyze the contradiction between people and environment. Furthermore, understanding the environment through the perception in feelings of people, and take production and living of residents under the tourism development and how to adapt themselves to the environment as the breakthrough point, then find development strategy can benefit both sides.On the basis of relevant research results of predecessors about longji terrace area, in order to better understand the local conditions of the longji terrace scenic spot, but also to examine the environmental perception of local residents in longji. Under the premise of drawing up the questionnaire, I organized an investigation team to longji area to conduct on-the-spot investigation during the April20to23,2013. So the paper mainly uses two kinds of methods including quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research is to process the data of questionnaire through using Likert scale. Thus determine the perception and satisfaction of local residents in the scenic tourism development. The qualitative research is mainly the depth interview method, which to obtain information and data through field investigation in the longji scenic spot. That is to say, to collect information in one way that asking local residents of conditions related to tourism development and environment.This paper analyses longji terrace on the perspective of environmental adaptation, mainly because the change of longji terrace function. The content of the research is mainly some problems due to the function change leading the transition of the region economy dominated by agriculture to the tourism. The emergence of these problems reflect inadequacy between people and the environment, it is an effective way to solve the problem according to the priorities by measuring the perception between people and the environment, afterwards finding out disharmonious factors between local residents and the environment. Analysis tools which this paper mainly use include the factor analysis, analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and drew the following conclusions:(1) With gradually improvement of supporting facilities in longji terrace scenic spot, enhancement of villagers service consciousness and advancement of the external publicity, making longji terrace scenic spot into the mature stage of development.(2) The longji scenic area residents pay more attention to the issues of interest, and secondly the local poor infrastructure which leads to a lower standard of living and environmental pollution problems.(3) There are main problems of longji terrace scenic spots including the destruction of the natural environment, cultural resources development is not enough and issues of interest conflicts affect the healthy and orderly development of longji terrace scenic spot. Finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.In this research, first of all, the natural landscape and cultural landscape resources of longji terrace scenic spot are summarized. Secondly, describes the characteristics of longji area which belonging to a different level of production and living environment based on the perspective of environmental adaptation. Thirdly, the development and present situation of tourism of longji terrace scenic spot are summarized. Lastly, analyze data through the integrated use of factor analysis, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Aiming at solve the existing environmental problems of longji terrace scenic spot and put forward countermeasures. Because the longji terrace scenic area has its own advantages and disadvantages, and in view of the scarcity of terrace resource, the paper hopes to be able to on the premise of protection of terraced fields, develop the local tourism industry, let more people feel the unique agricultural culture, appreciate the beautiful terraced landscape.
