Research On Guarantee Corporation Guarantee Risk Control ZDICP Park

The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an increasingly important role in the process of economic development of our country.The SMEs have made tremendous contributions in both promoting the development of the market economy and solving the employment problems.However,due to the information asymmetry,the SMEs have encountered difficulties in financing, this has restricted their further development.As a result of small scale,capital scarcity and shortage of talents,the SMEs face with lower credit,higher risk and shorter lives,in comparing to large enterprise,all these unfavorable factors maketheir financing difficulties become a worldwide problem.Numbers of researches have been done by scholars at home and abroad,thecredit guarantee institutions with the credit guarantee they providedbecome a significancemeans in solving the problem.Withthe existing of the information asymmetry,thecredit guarantee institutions have meet problems in the process of guarantee businesses,and had to face with adverse selections and moral problems from both the lending banks and the insurancedenterprise,as well as higerrisk.What’s more,due to the unequal relationship in the cooperation,thelending banksoften take the advantage of their status,force the credit guarantee institutions to undertake all risk.Thus,effective risk management has become key to thesurvival and development of these credit guarantee institutions.On the basis of the security risk management theory,this article is trying toexplore the origin of the risk and analysis the contributing factors.In the end, on account ofthe present situation of the enterprises in the Nanjing ZDICP park,we do SWOT analysis on the credit guarantee institution in the park,and make suggestions for theirfinancing guarantee business.
