| Agricultural products circulation mode is constantly changing with the process of urbanization. In the era of the planned economy, because of the strict control of the city scale and strict control of population flow, not only farmers counldn’t move into the cities, even if the people in the town would have driven to the countryside, this is inverse urbanization. The agricultural products circulation mode was the implementation of the policy of state monopoly for purchase and marketing under government control. After the reform and open policy in the1980’s, agricultural products circulation mode was no longer the single government control mode, and allowed farmers to sell agricultural products on their own, but also allowed anyone in society engaged in agricultural products circulation enterprise. After entering the1990’s, along with the establishment of socialist market economy construction, especially the abolition of public agricultural food coupon system, the government completely liberalized agricultural products trading market, the public’s consumption of food all depended on the supply of agricultural products market. Under this background, there isn’t food purchase restrictions and discrimination any more, farmers and cityresidents stand on the same starting line to consumer foods, no food purchase restrictions and discrimination. Migrant farmers and urban Aboriginal constitutes a hugeconsumption market for agricultural products, which is promoting industrialization in Chinese development,at the same time, also promote the development of urbanization, influences the change of the agricultural products circulation mode with the urbanization process.Urbanization promotes the development of economy, and only the circulation mode of agricultural products take corresponding optimization can keep pace with the time. First of all, with the development of urbanization, agricultural population migration from the countryside to the city, sharply increased city population is in greater demand for agricultural products. In order to solve the problem ofagricultural products, we should not only to reform the mode of production, but also improve the efficiency of circulation; Second, vicious food safety incidents caused people to pay great attention to food safety. Not only the production and procession of agricultural products but also transportation have to strengthen inspection and supervision quality; Third, the scattered small peasant production has been unable to meet the needs of urbanization nowadays, the need for new agricultural production and cooperation. Optimizing the circulation mode of agricultural products, can not only realize the value of agricultural products, agricultural reproduction and expanded reproductioncondition, meet the people’s need of agricultural products, regulating the contradictions between production and marketing, guide agricultural production, but also maintain agriculture and other sectors of the national economy product supply and demand relations, improve economic efficiency, reduce the loss of agricultural products.Firstly, this paper collated and summarized academic research results of recent years in the associated field of circulation of agricultural products, on this basis, to make classified comments on the existing academic research results, in order to enrich the theoretical point of view in this paper, and to find a breakthrough and innovation in this paper. Secondly, to explain and define the two main terms involved in this paper-urbanization, agricultural products circulation mode, and to explain the theoretical basis of this paper is based-the Transaction Cost Theory, Market Strategy-Market Conduct-Market performance theory and supply chain theory, which can reveal the circulation of agricultural products can be improved from these aspects-reduce intermediate links, reduce transaction costs, adjust market organization and control the supply chain. Then set the agricultural products circulation mode in Zhejiang Province as an example, to analyze the status of the agricultural products circulation mode in this province, and pointed out that the main problems. In order to find solutions to these problems, this paper subsequently analyzed the agricultural products circulation mode of the USA,Canada,Australia, Japan,South Korea,Taiwan and European countries, and set the agricultural products circulation mode of these countries as typical examples, then make comparison with our existing agricultural circulation mode, noting what the country can learn from the experience. Ultimately concluded that, under the macro-control of the government, to encourage farmers to join cooperative organizations, to increase investment in technology and capital, to form a agricultural products circulation mode, whose core is farmers’ cooperative organizations and leading enterprises, so that we can reduce unnecessary circulation links, and achieve the purpose of reducing distribution costs. On the basis of China’s specific conditions and the experience of developed countries, several suggestions are put forward, hoping to find a model to optimize the circulation of agricultural products in a effective way. |
