Along with the rapid development of the economic globalization, the competitionbetween the enterprises becomes intense and the competitive environmentincreasingly complex. As described in the Darwinian "natural selection, survival ofthe fittest", only the corporations which have the excellent execution of corporatestrategy can survive in this competitive environment. Therefore, the focus ofcompetition between enterprises is transferred to the implementation of the Strategy.A large number of management practices show that the reason most business failuresshould be attributed to poor implementation of the strategy, rather than the quality ofstrategic planning. In this situation, performance management which was originallyjust as a human resource management function module stands out. Now it is putted inan important position by business managers, as an effective tool to connect businessstrategy and execution. Performance management is an urgent need to form strategicechoing management system. Whether the performance management systemimplements efficiently according to the strategic goals is the key to the success ofenterprise strategy execution.Based on CA Company’s actual situation, the thesis analyzes the performancemanagement problems and causes, starting from a strategic perspective, proposed theestablishment of strategic performance management system. By using strategicperformance management tools (Such as BSC, KPI, etc.) to improved strategyexecution, evaluation index system, performance management PDCA cycle. At thesame time establish and improve the performance management implementation ofsecurity system, respectively from the organization, enterprise culture and leadershipon adjusting and optimizing, which guarantees the effective implementation of thestrategy performance management system. Finally, do regular evaluation on theimplemented effect of strategic performance management system and keepimproving.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction, mainlyintroduces the research background, the significance of writing, current research athome and abroad, research content and research framework. The second part is the theoretical basis of this dissertation, mainly includes the theories of performancemanagement, strategic performance management theories and strategic performancemanagement tools. The third part analyzed the CA Company’s basic situation,performance management status and problems, while taking advantage of relevanttools identified CA Company’s development strategy. The fourth part is the CACompany’s strategic performance management system optimization design,respectively, from the strategic executive ability, evaluation indicator elements and thefour circulation process of performance management is improved. The fifth part,analyzed how to provide security for the effective implementation of strategicperformance management system from the organization, corporate culture andleadership, and keep improving. The sixth part is the conclusion.This thesis improved CA Company’s performance management system based onstrategy. It aim at solve practical problems of CA Company’s strategy execution andperformance management, to promote and improve organizational performance andemployee performance, to achieve long-term development, but also hopes to provide areference for more companies to optimize the performance management system.
