Performance management is a hotspot of management science,although in recent years the attention of experts and scholars,the various research results emerge in an endless stream,but for businesses,due to the lack of effective performance communication and lead to performance management is rough,simple model of gradually "quantity,assessment,rewards and punishment," performance management is still human resource management in the "long-standing".Subject to the internal and external factors of production,market changes and organizational structure changes,CR,JS in the regional industrial transformation and upgrading in the process of exposing the problem of "weak basic management,the decline in profitability,market share,reduce the staff lack of passion".The above problems at CR,JS District,based on the questionnaires,held seminars,based on the analysis of the discussion will be such channels,using the method of quantitative statistics,analyze the essential reason of CR's JS District,the emergence of these problems is the lack of attention,poor communication,lack of feedback,recency effect".According to the survey,the forum process,staff of the highest degree of concern on relatively centralized performance indicators,assessment results,salary system design,staff development and promotion issues,based on core competence theory,combined with the actual situation of large area JS strategy of CR company,management system,business model,starting from the performance management and the core competitiveness is closely related to the link,on how to improve the performance management level of the company are discussed,put forward CR company JS performance management optimization strategy is through the whole performance management,the target region of JS strategy of CR company to decompose the organizations at all levels and all the staff in the process of higher and lower levels continuously communicate,guide and encourage the development of employee behavior,help employees better,reach to ensure all levels of the organization performance,finally realizes the enterprise Strategic objectives.Based on the above ideas,this paper focuses on the study and draw the following conclusions:performance management should deepen the "leadership",performance management is the enterprise reform event,leaders must actively participate and support,so that employees can feel the core meaning of performance management,inspire employees entrepreneurial passion;performance management should be materialized "rewards and transparent" the use of performance appraisal results of Kanban management method to enhance transparency,stimulate vitality;performance management should refine the "communication mechanism,performance communication is the core of performance management,aims to communicate the performance appraisal problems and evaluation mechanism existing problems to start substantive interviews so as to improve the level of performance management.Through the implementation of the optimization strategy for CR company JS District,initially built to adapt to the overall performance management system for their own development needs,the formation of performance oriented corporate culture and to implement the strategic objectives,full participation in continuous improvement of the performance management system,continuously strengthen the core competitiveness of CR company JS District.At the same time,I hope this paper can provide some useful thinking and reference for the whole performance management system of electric power industry.
