The trend of economic globalization has become increasingly fierce and market competition has become increasingly intense.Based on this type of competition,any company that wants to gain a certain competitive advantage must pay great attention to the management of the company' s talents,and must continue to improve its overall effectiveness and performance.Numerous facts indicate that effective performance management is the most effective channel for increasing performance.Therefore,according to the company's own situation,according to the concept of performance management that fits the company s development,creating a set of effective and reasonable performance monitoring mechanisms is the top priority of the company.This article takes D company as the research object.According to the imperfections and deficiencies in the current performance management of enterprises,through questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,and interview methods,we first introduce the current performance management of D company and the performance of D company.The management system diagnoses and summarizes the analysis to find out the problems in the management process.Secondly,according to the characteristics and actual conditions of the D company's current development stage,it perfects its performance management system and finally establishes a D-corporate performance management system;Suggests the implementation and protection of D company's performance management system.Through the above research,we can draw conclusions:First,through the investigation and analysis,the reason why D company's current performance management system does not play a role is because D company simply understands performance management as performance appraisal;secondly,D company does not have one.A clear goal of performance management will result in the final result does not play any effective role in the development of the company;Third,according to the various deficiencies in the current performance management system of D company,it is recommended to set performance management objectives,indicators system,performance Management and other aspects began to improve D company's performance management system,the individual behavior and corporate strategy together,strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
