In the 21st century, with a rapid development of the global economy, intensified business competitions and the development of science and technology by leaps and bounds, innovation has become a driving force of the development of The Times and the important source of the progress of technology, and it is also-the main characteristics of today’s economic development. So as to succeed in the unpredictable economic war, enterprises must keep the innovational mind and divergent thinking time by time, walking in the forefront of The Times’development. Employee’s creativity is the pre process to form the innovational behavior of enterprise, providing an efficient basis to the transition and evaluation of innovational concepts in enterprises. Therefore, to obtain the ability of independent innovation for a long time, ultimately, enterprises have to improve the staffs creativity constantly. Employees of organizations, however, were not to play an isolated role, but to be influenced by various characteristics in the team or organization. The high individual creativity is not necessarily to bring the improvement of the whole innovation performance in the enterprise because of the limited behavior ability of individuals.Along with the scholars’ deep research in organizational behavior, the theory study of team creativity is increasingly showing a booming trend. In recent years, the enterprise is becoming more and more inclined to the work form of team. However, as a member in the team, employee’s individual behavior cannot leave without the influence of overall characteristics in the team. Because of the late start of team creativity research and the dispersed theory viewpoint, the relationship between individual creativity and team creativity research doesn’t have a definite conclusion. Is it certain that the higher individual creativity must lead to the overall improvement of team creativity? How is the mechanism of action existed between individual creativity and team creativity? The current research on the hierarchical theory is not clear enough. As a situational variables of team level, the relational embeddedness degree of employees adjusts the integral atmosphere of the team, then it has a certain impact on team creativity. But what role does the relational embeddedness play between individual creativity and team creativity, how to influence the relationship between individual creativity and team creativity? There has been little research deeply discussing the influence mechanism so far. This article will introduce the situational variable of relational embeddedness, starting from different levels of creativity, mainly researching the development path from individual creativity to team creativity with different situations of relational embeddedness.This article adopts the empirical research methods of large sample, using individual creativity as the independent variable, team creativity as the dependent variable, relational embeddedness as the regulated variable, trying to explore the influence of relational embeddedness on the relationship between individual creativity and team creativity. The whole article can be divided into the following five parts:The first part summarizes the research background and significance of this article, clearly putting out the research methods and research ideas, drawing out the model framework, and also summing up the innovation points in this paper.The second chapter introduces the relevant theoretical research, combing the domestic and foreign research about the individual creativity, team creativity and relational embeddedness, and also the relationship between three of them, strengthening the theoretical basis of this article.The third chapter sums up the concepts and dimensions of each variable on the basis of the related theory combed in the second chapter, putting forward the research hypothesis and drawing up the research model, choosing appropriate scales based on variable definitions, making scale forecast test and refining scales.The fourth chapter makes an empirical analysis on the collected data. This paper separately makes the descriptive statistical analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis and the multi-level linear regression analysis by using SPSS 19.0 software, and verifies the regulation effect of each dimension of relational embeddedness on the relationship between individual creativity and team creativity.The fifth chapter puts forward the research conclusion and the future prospects. This part obtains the article conclusion according to the verification of the hypothesis by combing the results of the statistical analysis, puts forward the management suggestions and countermeasures on the basis of the article conclusion. Finally, the paper expounds the deficiency of this study, and identifies the direction of future research.Through the discussion of the above five parts, this paper makes the following research conclusions:First, there is a significantly positive correlation relationship between individual creativity and team creativity, which means that the higher level of individual creativity in the team, the more promotion of the improvement of the overall team creativity; Second, all of the four dimensions of relational embeddedness have a significantly positive regulating effect on the relationship between individual creativity and team creativity, and the regulating effect of the dimensions of reciprocity is significantly higher than that of emotional intensity, trust and joint problem solving.There are three main innovation points of this article:first, it clarifies the relationship between individual creativity and team creativity. Second, it builds the interaction model between the factors in team level and hierarchical creativity. Third, it enriches the regulation study of situational variables.
