With industrialization, globalization and information technology toaccelerate the process of economic and social continues to develop, more and moreadvanced science and technology, real incomes growing personal disposable leisuretime is also growing, innovative people, knowledge, find music, find more healthydesire to enhance the development of modern tourism provides a driving force.Tourism has become not only often an important part of life, but also as aneconomic development industry is also subject to the attention of local governments,especially in underdeveloped minority areas are often of tourism as a pillar industryand key industries to nurture and develop.Our country is a country of multi-ethnic, geographic vast central and westernregions are concentrated many minorities. Most of these areas are rich in naturallandscapes, majestic mountains, diverse, unique customs and cultures are verynatural and cultural tourism resources endowments of the region. In recent years,communities around the nation to focus on the development of tourism resources inthe tourism sector CKS occupy an increasingly important position. The nationaltourism development community perception and attitude towards tourismdevelopment is important. In this paper, starting from the perspective of tourismimpact, according to local ethnic uniqueness of regional tourism development,research local residents for tourism development brings perception and perceptionof the impact of differences between groups in all aspects of the final proposedSustainable Tourism Development in Ethnic Areas countermeasures. The firstchapter introduces the background of this research study theoretical and practicalsignificance, and the perception of Tourism Destination systematic review ofrelevant domestic and foreign residents, the author of the Commentary on thedevelopment of the current situation, the paper describes the research involving the research methods and ideas. Thefourth chapter is the focus of this paper, through statistical software SPSS17.0,Perceptions and differences Bayi Town, Nyingchi County, Tibet residents’ empiricalanalysis. The fifth chapter through empirical analysis presented Nyingchi stage toimprove the perception of local residents travel countermeasures. The sixth chapteris the conclusion and outlook, summarizes the basic conclusions drawn in this study,and based on insufficient and outlook studies.
