Research On Performance Evaluation For Listed Pharmaceutical Company

In recent years, pharmaceutical industry in China has become a strategicindustry of the national key support. Especially with the medical system reformand the advancement of rural medical cooperative system, our country medicineindustry has entered a critical period of rapid development and strategicadjustment. Through the comprehensive ifnancial performance evaluation oflisted pharmaceutical company in China, which help us to understand the statusof the pharmaceutical industry in our country overall management anddevelopment potential, which is the common concern for governmentpolicymakers and investors in the securities market.First of all, domestic and foreign scholars’ research on performanceevaluation of enterprise performance evaluation and pharmaceutical enterprisewas reviewed and summarized. The present situation, the development ofpharmaceutical enterprises in our country was summarized in this paper, at thesame time a comparative analysis also was done for enterprise performanceevaluation of the current methods.The listed pharmaceutical companies were taken as research samples, selectedtwenty financial indicators such as cash flow ability, the including reflectcorporate proiftability, shareholder profit ability, debt paying ability, operationability, development ability. On the index system’s basis，clustering analysis and maximum correlation method were applied lo secondary screening of indicators,to form the final comprehensive evaluation index system. Then, based on theindex system after the screening, the improved principal component analysis,kernel principal component analysis and entropy value method, the CRH1Cmethod were applied to analysis our country the comprehensive financialperformance evaluation of listed pharmaceutical companies in the empiricalanalysis using MATLAB, SAS statistical software. Finally, according to theresult of comprehensive financial performance evaluation, found thepharmaceutical company performance in the relative levels of the industry, andissued corresponding improvement strategy.
