| With the intensification of competition and the increasing demand of consumer market,it is meaningful to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,meet the increasing demand for high-tech products,increase the profitability of enterprises,and provide scientific and feasible suggestions for the development of enterprises.Firstly,by combining generalized variance and non-linear regression,the selection of kernel functions and parameters in the process of applying KPCA is discussed.Based on the original data set of statistical yearbook,the empirical formulas of generalized variance and kernel functions are fitted.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,12 quantitative indicators are selected to evaluate the innovation capability of enterprises,and an evaluation system of enterprise innovation is constructed.Through the research,a new evaluation method of enterprise innovation ability is established,which combines the kernel principal component analysis method with data envelopment analysis method,improves the existing evaluation model of enterprise innovation ability,compares the commonly used evaluation methods in the practical application process,combs the application scope of each method and the advantages and disadvantages in the application,and establishes KPCA-DEA Compound evaluation model which is more suitable for practical application.Finally,through the empirical research on the relevant data of Hebei Province in 2016,the results of the same data in the KPCA-DEA model are more accurate than the DEA model,which shows that the KPCA-DEA composite model for evaluating enterprise innovation ability has advantages,practicability and operability.The results of this study will enhance the practicability of enterprise innovation ability evaluation,truly reflect the competitiveness and profitability of enterprises,and provide reference for the development strategy and strategy adjustment of enterprises in practice.Figure6;Table7;Reference 53... |
