The cultivated land resource is the foundation of protecting arable land and ensuring the national food. In recent years, the cultivated land resource security problems has been very serious under the topography factors of constraints and the climate change and social economic system changes of drives in order to strengthen the cultivated land protection is extremely urgent. The analysis of the the cultivated land resource security and its driving mechanism can reveal hidden danger of cultivated land resource security, and understand the current situation and effect of cultivated land protection of Bayan country, and master the intrinsic mechanism of cultivated land resource security changes, and grasp the direction of maintaining cultivated land resource security and then implement related effective measures. The research results has important significance in theory and practice for the food security of the entire area, the sustainable development of society, economy and environment, solving the problems of villagers, countryside and agriculture, protecting farmers’interests and the coordinated development of the relation between human and land.Existing research on the cultivated land resource security mostly concentrated in the quantitative evaluation and the dimension reduction analysis of its driving factor, which are not comprehensive, system. The quantitative analysis often use simple mathematical model that has strong subjectivity, and the driving force analysis often use the the principal component analysis method without scientific validation methods. The cultivated land resource security research is the key and difficult that composited quantity of cultivated land, quality and ecological environment protection. Especially view cultivated land as a independent subsystem and study the interaction mechanism between single and composite driving factors of cultivated land resources security from the System angle, which is seldom seen.This study breaks through the traditional research area and study Angle, and takes typical black soil zone in songnen High Plains-Bayan County in Heilongjiang province as the study area, to explore the cultivated land resource security problem from small and medium scale. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of information entropy from the system angel based on the dissipative structure theory and evaluates the evolutionary direction and Coordinated Development Degree of cultivated land resource security of Bayan country from2002to2009by this model. With synthetic index method to quantitatively evaluate the operation status of the security of cultivated land resources from2000to2009, viewing the cultivated land resource secure value as the dependent variable, this paper qualitative identifies the driving factors of cultivated land resource security of research area and correlate analyzes this factors. Discussing a interaction mechanism between single driving factors and cultivated land resource security that includes nature, society, economy, ecology and others, and making composite driving factors by principal component analysis,and making a curve equation fitting between cultivated land resource secure value and times, this paper establishes the model of security of cultivated land resources and inspects this model by nonlinear regression analysis. The research results have great significance to promote regional agricultural sustainable development, to protect arable land, to ensure food safety and improve the ecological environment.The results showed that:(1)From2002to2009,there is a fluctuation state of the total entropy changes of cultivated land resource security before2004and its ordering is not stable.Since2004the total entropy of have changed negative, which show that the ordering is enhanced. The information entropy of quantity changes of cultivated land is positive and the ordering of the quantity security of cultivated land is smaller; The information entropy of quality changes of cultivated land is fluctuate and turned from small to big, young again, big again, which show the quality change of cultivated land is the character of the unreliable; The ecological entropy change of cultivated land is always in negative, in this stage, the environment condition of cultivated land is good.(2) From2002to2009, the quantity changes of cultivated land of Bayan county is always in the the stage of primary development, the harmonious degree develops positively and the system coordinated ability strengthens unceasingly with the depth of the structure adjustment; The quality changes of cultivated land is always in the the stage of primary development, harmonious degree is in basic harmonious stage in2004and2005, the other years is in the primary stage of harmony, coordination degree is in a moderate social economic pressure stage from2002to2007and in a moderate ecological support stage from2008to2009; the development degree of the ecological changes of cultivated land of Bayan county is in the stage of primary development, harmonious degree is always in the stage of primary harmony, coordination degree is always in the moderate ecological support phase.(3) the security state of cultivated land in Bayan county is different from2000to2009.The security state of research area is at a level of less security in2000, a level of extreme security from2001to2003, a level of less security from2004to2005, the level of a little security in2006, the level of relative security from2007to2009.The level conversion is first held back and keeps positive development later during the research..(4)There is a obvious correlation between the driving factors of cultivated land resource security of Bayan country, and part of the single factor and the cultivated land resource secure value is the significant linear relationship. The development of technology, economy, society and the natural disturbance forces and the ecological quality influence are the main driving forces of the changes of the safety of cultivated land resource in Bayan county. There is a significant Cubic curve relationship between the security of cultivated land resource and the three kinds of driving forces,shows the model of security of cultivated land resources which have been established conforms to reality of the study area.
