With the scientific, valid and proper system, supplier performance evaluation can helpsupplier to have continuous improvement, which will keep and elevate company’s corecompetition advantage. By having the systematic study of supplier performancemanagement basic knowledge, the company can find the problem during supplierperformance management and establish the supplier chain management system.The paper is based on M company. Firstly, it introduces the purpose, the meaning andthe method of study, then it introduces the basic theory of supplier performancemanagement. Secondly, the paper introduces the current situation of M company insupplier performance management. Using AHP and DEA tools, the paper lists out theproblem occurs to M company, including: job division for all department is not clear,control process is not clear, the mange model problem, the control target is not proper forall supplier and the result is not linked to actual usage. Thirdly, the paper gives out thefixing solution to each problem, including:1) compete the access process;2)change thecooperate mode;3)reset the control target;4)use the result to instruct future cooperation ofsupplier. By using those methods, M company improves their supplier performancemanagement. Lastly, the paper summarizes the study and list out the expectation in thefuture.
