Farmers’technology adoption is the final link of agriculture technique extension, and is also an important appearance of the maturation of agricultural technology. Meanwhile, farmers’ professional cooperative are the important organizing form of increasing farmers’income, promoting agriculture industrialization and realizing agriculture modernization and agriculture sustainable development, and is the important part of agricultural extension institutions. Therefore, in order to accelerate agricultural development of China and improve agricultural competitiveness, the process of agricultural technique extension and the influence factors of the technology adoption of members in the farmer specialty cooperative organization must be researched to promote the new technology adoption of the corporation members. In this paper some research methods were used, such as combination of the quality analysis with the quantity analysis, documents, questionnaires and interviews. Some basic theories were used, including the theory of peasant household rationality, the theory of technology inducing change and the theory of agricultural technology innovation diffusion. The main research object was the corporation member in the Xinyue Three Blackberry Fruit Industry Professional Cooperatives (Later referred to as "three blackberry cooperatives"). The research carrier was the agricultural technique that the cooperation extended to members. According to the requirements of the members and based on a certain scale of field research, the analysis means are descriptive statistical analysis and econometric analysis method. In this paper the status and problems of technology adoption of farmer cooperation members were analyzed. The logistic regression model was established. The influence factors of technology adoption of the members of farmer cooperatives were analyzed. At last the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Results show that the cooperatives made some achievements, but in the agricultural technology adoption of members there were still some problems, including psychological factors affecting easily on the adoption of technology of members, the low level of science and technology culture of members, agricultural information asymmetry, lack of effective supply of agricultural technology, the lack of professional and technical personnel, the relevant propaganda lack of the farmers’ professional cooperatives, the lack of government’s policy support, and so on. In this paper three factors that affected technology adoption of members were selected, including the self-factors of members, the factors of the cooperation and the factors of external environment. Regression results show that five factors affected significantly the technology adoption of cooperation members, including satisfaction of seed subsidy policy, the effective level of the agricultural technology provided by the agricultural science research units, the technology increasing income or not, the planting area of fruit tree, the effect of agricultural science and technology policy. So to promote the technology adoption and increase the income of cooperation members five aspects shall be subject to overall arrangement, which consisted of improving the external macro environment, promoting effective supply of the technology, improving the comprehensive quality of farmers, strengthening the self construction of the specialized farmers cooperatives, promoting the construction of agricultural informatization. This is the fundamental way to solve a series of problems of technology adoption of members in the farmers’ professional cooperatives.
