Study On Quality Control Of National Leading Agriculture Enterprises’Products In Heilongjiang Land Reclamation

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, People has higher requirement for quality of life, the requirement for the quality of agricultural products has reached a quite high level, as well as the quality of agricultural products. And with the rapid growth of China’s market economy, increasing competition in international market, quality of exporting agricultural products requirements are increasingly high, and almost harsh. The demanding of agricultural products quality and unprecedented increase. In the face of such market demanding, the supply situation of agricultural products in China is not optimistic. In recent years, accidents of China’s agricultural product quality occurred frequently. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attaches great importance to the agricultural product quality safety management. Building a perfect agricultural products quality and safety management system has a great significance in promoting the development of China’s modern agriculture, increasing farmers’ income, improving the competitiveness of agricultural products in the domestic and international market.Heilongjiang is a major agricultural province, Heilongjiang Reclamation already has more than79scale agricultural enterprises, including18leading enterprise, such as WanDaShan Dairy,93Oil Group, Great Northern Wilderness Rice Industry Group, etc. Overall, Agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation had good development and large production capacity, but as well as the highly competitive domestic agricultural market, a large number of foreign agricultural products rush into the domestic market. In order to hold the good momentum development of the leading agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang, ensuring that products the quality and the quality control system suitable for implementation is the key.This paper uses the method of comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, empirical analysis combined with normative analysis, etc. Based on the relevant literature on quality control of agricultural products at home and abroad, starting from total quality management theory. Firstly, the study provides a theoretical basis for quality agricultural leading enterprises in Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation. Secondly, the paper selected10representative Heilongjiang Reclamation and national agricultural enterprises and analysis the current situation of business development, and the status of its quality control of agricultural products. Pointing out that the lag existence of quality control of raw materials production bases, stress quality production processes and the poor quality inspection system are the major problems. Thirdly, the paper construct evaluation index based on the agricultural products quality control of agricultural leading enterprises, the quality control of raw material supply, the corporate body quality control, government and consumers the quality control to improve quality control.The selection of evaluation index considering the characteristics of the agricultural leading enterprises and the special nature of agricultural products quality control, which use of AHP method to choose the five first-level indicators:farmer (base) of agricultural products quality control, internal quality control of agricultural products, the market competitive advantage, the government’s quality control, quality control of consumers, as well as refining second-level indicators. The leading agricultural enterprises can choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of several years’ data, and analysis the advantages and shortcomings of enterprise’s agricultural products quality control, and constantly improve the quality of agricultural products and management.
