Research On Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Product Quality And Safety Control Of Leading Agricultural Enterprises Under Traceable System

2022 is an important year for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.It is important to promote agricultural modernization and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural productions.Agricultural leading enterprises are key cooperation subjects in the agricultural industry chain,with large production scale and leading production technology,and play a leading role in the quality and safety control of agricultural products.In recent years,agricultural product quality safety incidents occur frequently,bringing great harm to people’s health.Agricultural products traceability system as the most powerful agricultural product quality and safety control system has been recognized by the world.In the context of the whole industrial chain,relying on traceable system,it is urgent to study and analyze the influencing factors of agricultural product quality and safety control of leading agricultural enterprises.The purpose of this study is analyzing the influencing factors of agricultural product quality and safety control of leading agricultural enterprises in traceable system and exploring the of improving path.The research direction is based on enterprise management theory,agricultural industrial chain collaboration theory,information asymmetry theory and stakeholder theory.Taking the whole industrial chain as the background,the model chart of agricultural product quality and safety control of leading agricultural enterprises under traceable system was constructed,and the influencing factors were identified by considering all links of agricultural products before,during and after production.At the same time,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative fuzzy qualitative comparison method(fs QCA),through the empirical analysis of agricultural leading enterprises in agricultural products quality and safety traceability system controls the core of the influencing factors,the factors influencing edge and configuration path,puts forward more suitable Suggestions.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Identify the influencing factors of agricultural product quality safety control of leading agricultural enterprises under traceable system.Through literature analysis and field investigation and interview,the status quo and existing problems of agricultural product quality and safety control of leading agricultural enterprises under the current traceable system were analyzed and control mode was established.Six antecedent conditions were identified from the three dimensions,which were: enterprise leading farmers,production base infrastructure construction,enterprise quality and safety management awareness and level of agricultural products,traceability system construction,government supervision and consumer participation.(2)According to the identified antecedent conditions,the antecedent conditions of agricultural product quality safety control of leading agricultural enterprises under traceable system were empirically analyzed by fs QCA method.20 representative agricultural leading enterprises were selected as the data source of the survey interview and questionnaire survey,and the fs QCA method was used to analyze the necessity of single conditional variable for the six identified factors.None of the six conditional variables is essential.Based on the results of necessity analysis,the combination path of variables is deeply explored,and the improvement path of agricultural product quality and safety control of leading agricultural enterprises under the traceable system is obtained.Path 1: internal control of leading enterprises + external supervision of government consumers;Path 2: Production base control of leading enterprises + internal control of enterprises;Path3:Leading enterprises’ own control + government and consumer external supervision;Path4:Enterprises drive farmers + internal control + government supervision;At the same time,it is concluded that the construction of traceability system of leading enterprises is the core condition,and the awareness and level of agricultural product quality and safety control and government supervision are the auxiliary conditions.(3)Based on the results of configuration analysis and combined with the status of the quality and safety control mode of Jiangsu Runguo agriculture products,then optimize the control mode of Jiangsu Runguo.Taking Jiangsu Runguo Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the case study is conducted to analyze and study the status quo of product quality and safety control of Jiangsu Runguo farmers.Combined with the demand for the control of rice quality and safety traceability,the existing problems of the quality and safety control of Runguo rice under the traceability system were analyzed under the background of the whole industrial chain,and the model chart of jiangsu Runguo farmers’ product quality and safety control was constructed.The problems existing in the effective control and traceability of agricultural product quality and safety of Jiangsu Runguo were found.Based on the empirical analysis results,reasonable and effective suggestions and countermeasures were put forward to optimize the quality and safety control mode of agricultural product of Runguo.Based on the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of agricultural product quality and safety control of leading agricultural enterprises under traceable system and the case analysis of Runguo,the optimization suggestions of agricultural product quality and safety control of leading agricultural enterprises under traceable system are put forward.This is of great significance to improving the quality and safety control level of agricultural products of leading agricultural enterprises under the traceability system,making leading agricultural enterprises bigger and stronger,and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
