In this case, optimize the supply chain cost, customer response, inventory. Under the condition of introducing the theory of unfair concern, discusses contract way between supply chain nodes, seek the best supply chain operation mode,promote the competitiveness of the supply chain, this not only has theoretical value but practical significance. This essay is on the basis of predecessors’ research achievements as reference, by combination of theoretical analysis and application,as Group T, M Division product A a example, research simulation of the optimization of supply chain cost and coordination.(1)This paper summarize the research status at home and abroad of supply chain cost optimization and coordination, and summarize the main problems.(2)This paper analysis the operation mechanism of traditional supply chain and VMI supply chain, sum up the disadvantages of traditional supply chain, and the necessity of VMI; At the same time, take the actual enterprise as an example, divide the cost subsystem of enterprise;Demonstrate the feasibility of using system dynamics to simulation the cost of supply chain optimization and coordination.(3)This paper establish the causal feedback loop of traditional supply chain and VMI mode from the perspective of system dynamics; Using Vensim_PLE software to build the traditional supply chain and supply chain based on VMI dynamic flow diagram, and test the effectiveness of model.(4) This paper take January2013to December2013week sales of Group T’s M Division A product as input, observe the manufacturer and retailer of inventory, order response, customer demand change, and the total cost of the supply chain,demonstrate the product should use VMI mode, so that it can reduce inventory effectively, reduce the bullwhip effect, reduce the total cost; At the same time puts forward reasonable suggestions on supply chain optimization.(5)This paper introduce the unfair concern theory into the VMI model, adjust the share factor between manufacturer and retailer,find the suitable factor to make the concern wave small. (6)This paper establish new supply chain operation model with unfair concern theory and revenue sharing contract,observe unfair concern of the fixed wholesale price and floating wholesale price model under the,compare cost,profit and unfair concern of manufacturers and retailers,finally put forward the most suitable operation mode for product A.
