Research On Production Process Quality Management Improvement For DL Co.,LTD

Continuous quality improvement(CQI)is the eternal topic and one of the best means to obtain and maintain competitive advantage for enterprises.With 10 years of development,the quality problem of in DL Company is more and more serious.In 2014,the product return rate increased up to 2.03% for quality problems which showed a deteriorated trend and serious customer complaints.The case has feverishly negative effect on DL Company's business strategy oriented High/Medium end market.The preoccupation of DL Company is to resolve CQI immediately.In this thesis,firstly it systematically analyzes the basic theory of CQI deeply,in order to find the model of CQI fit for DL Company.Secondly,the model of CQI has been summarized according to the theoretical analysis of CQI and specific characteristics of DL Company,which is helpful for CQI implementation on middle & small-sized company like DL Company.The process of CQI consists of the below steps,1)collecting data from markets,2)analyzing quality status and trend of production process and identifying and clarifying the process by the matrix diagram for the process leading to quality problem,3)analyzing the variation of production process and identifying the process variation,4)evaluating CPK of the process and finding the bottleneck,5)optimizing the technical process and the control system by experimental design,6)further standardizing the improved outcomes by matrix diagram.In this thesis,the example of improvement of inner diameter of motor fan bracket is given.This thesis describes the specific implementation and standardization of the control system after optimizing by matrix diagram in DL Company.The wonderful positive result verifies the efficiency of improvement model.Having studied the application of quality improvement of production process of Dl,the thesis proposed the improvement model to help DL company improve the quality to maintain competitive advantage.Furthermore,small and medium-sized companies such as DL could use the successful model of the implementation of CQI as reference...
