Land as a scarce resource, which is material foundation to the survival of humans,which is people in production and living spaces and the most basic means ofproduction, which have a important role for human development. With the constantlydeepening of the process of urbanization and industrialization, demand of Socialdevelopment for land is increasing in Hainan area WuHai city. At the same time, landwaste and inefficient land use phenomenon is emerging, effective land supplyshortage. The huge demand for land and inefficiency produced a striking contrastbetween the land supply. These problems seriously restrict the Hainan area of socialand economic sustainable development. Based on the land utilization of Hainan area,the paper make the study of Hainan area economical and intensive utilization of land,which became the urgent need of breaking contradiction between supply and demand,keeping safeguard social and economic sustainable development.This thesis under the background of the contradiction between supply anddemand of land needs to be cracked in Hainan area, through their own long-termthinking about the problems of land use in the process of management of land andresources in Hainan area. On the basis of consulting a large number of books and data,we analyzing land intensive utilization on Hainan area. In this paper, the Hainan areaof land use status quo and existing problems of land use as a starting point, combiningthe reality of their own work, from the perspective of social, economic and ecological,adopting the method of comprehensive analysis, choosing reasonable economic, social and ecological evaluation index, analyzing Hainan area development trend ofthe economical and intensive utilization of land and distribution, with time scale andspace scale. It is concluded that the Hainan area change rule of land intensive use ofspace and time, combined with local actual condition and their managementexperience, put forward the Suggestions and measures for Hainan area of economicaland intensive utilization of land.First of all, the paper as analyze the status of the Hainan area of land use，landuse change and put forward inefficient land use, the environment is deteriorating, thearduous task of protection of land resources and rural land circulation problems in theland-use process a starting point.
