Nowadays study on management of tacit knowledge inside enterprises is the key in the whole knowledge management. But its management is very difficult, because its special characteristics, later management, and so on. Tacit knowledge has been the strategic resource that the enterprises have survived and developed. So it's necessary to manage tacit knowledge.To complete this dissertation, the author has done extensive theoretical and empirical research, reading and interviewing. The purpose is to examine how to apply the management theory to enterprise management practice, solve the problems related to enterprise tacit knowledge management, and enable enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage by developing theory of tacit knowledge and its management.Management of tacit knowledge inside enterprises includes six sections: obtaining, sharing, converting, using, creating and evaluating. The enterprises can create value by managing these sections efficiently. And the sections of sharing, converting and creating are the core in management of tacit knowledge. The section of converting is a changing process of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. And the section of sharing is a communicating process: sourcers and receivers share their knowledge, and the tacit knowledge in individual converts into groups'or organizations'. In all, these processes are continuously going forward. The sections of sharing, converting and creating are close connect with each other.There are many factors that affect the management of tacit knowledge inside enterprises. They are characteristics of tacit knowledge, thought of sourcers and receivers, process of carrying on tacit knowledge management, efficiency of organizational structure, management system, organization culture, information technology. In order to solve the obstacles, the enterprises must put forward some measures from organization factors and individual behavioral factors. Organization factors compose organizational culture, communication mechanism and information technology; individual behavioral factors are made up of behavioral attitude, subjective norm and self-efficiency.Based on above research, there is an example of"Model of Teachers and Students"in Tsingdao. Firstly Tsingdao carries on Strategies of pulling and pushing. And sharing culture is a long method to promote this model.
