Since the1950s, Jiande tourism was very popular in quite some time, with the development of Thousand-Island Lake tourism, Jiande tourism snubbed by the market all the time. The key to Jiande tourism can’t revival is tourism products lack of core competitiveness, design a high-quality products is the key to revival Jiande tourism.Xin’an River Mist is a unique natural scenery formed after the completion of Xin’an River Hydropower Station. Xin’an River Hydropower meters high dam outflow river bottom, its water temperature maintained at14-17℃all the year around, which is not only regulate the climate within20kilometers along the river downstream, but also form a mist hangs over the Xin’an River,which is a rare tourist resources.The author assess and construction the communication value by field investigation, searching the literature data, taking example by excellent cases and other methods, put forword practical suggestions. Starting from the perspective of communication, to help the rise of Jiande tourismThe thesis is divided into two parts, the first part describes the program’s background and value, and the writing process. The second part is product design, the program from the point of five elements about communication,exploit tourism value and the communication value of the River Mist, design the River Mist to be a product, consider the River Mist link with other tourism resources in order to make the products be the core competitiveness can bring power to Jiande tourism.
