Cooperative innovation can share the risk of innovation subject, make full use of the strengths of both partners so that the external resource internalization, is an important way to solve the problems of technological innovation. The company has a good market foundation and put more attention to obtain benefits interests, but the university has a tremendous amount of knowledge and put more attention to knowledge inheritance and creation. This trait makes universities and enterprises have become the two important technological innovation subjects. In recent years, the17th and18th national congress twice clearly stated that the establishment of enterprises as the mainstay, market-oriented, University-Industry Cooperation combines technological innovation system. University-Industry Cooperation has become an important part of the construction of national innovation system and also is an important means to enhance the innovation capacity of enterprises and country. The problem of speculation behavior has always been a key problem in cooperative innovation. Under the hypothesis of rational economic man, the individual pursuit the maximization of utility, cause the speculative motive. Trust is the cornerstone of cooperative innovation, and speculative behavior has a great destructive effect on trust. So that speculative behavior hindered the in-depth cooperation, and it was adverse to establish a standard, long-term University-Industry Cooperation mechanism.This paper regards the speculation in University-Industry Cooperation as the research object. Use the method of Agent modeling and simulation, from the micro perspective to analysis macro problems. Thus, establishing a standard, long-term University-Industry Cooperation has a strong theoretical and practical significance. It is helpful to promote our economic construction and transformation, accelerate the economic development of our country.In this paper, by using Swarm platform, applying the speculation in University-Industry Cooperation conduct a preliminary study. The main work includes the following sections:1. Make some corresponding introduction for the related theoretical knowledge involved in this study. Including an overview of University-Industry Cooperation, Reputation Mechanism Evolutionary Game Theory, Complex Adaptive Systems and Swarm platform structure.2. Regards the speculative behavior in University-Industry Cooperation as a process of principal-agent game with asymmetric information. Combining with the actual University-Industry Cooperation contract, establish a process of sequential game of University-Industry Cooperation. Analysis the key factors that affect the long-term cooperation between schools and enterprises. On this basis, use the ideology of platform, try to build a University-Industry Cooperation1-N game model.3. This paper introduces Swarm platform and the simulation method based on Multi-Agent modeling, and gives a detailed description and analysis for the key modules. Flexibility of Swarm in mechanism design is benefit to study the influence of the evolution process of different mechanisms and their combination. And because the use of simulation methods, it is convenient to changes the learn rules of the reputation mechanism and the calculation method, etc, provides more convenience for future research.4. In the framework of Swarm platform, by using the Multi-Agent modeling method, study the speculative questions in University-Industry Cooperation combined with the reputation mechanism. For the imperfect information dynamic question, analysis in traditional game requires a very high level of the rationality of participants and common knowledge. And the simulation method can relax the requirements of rationality and common knowledge; meanwhile, you can expand the study of heterogeneity of participants and the complex of game environment.This paper studies the main factors affecting the speculation behavior in University-Industry Cooperation by use the analytically method and the simulation method. And some conclusions are drawn. Raising the proportion of the level of supervision and the expected punishment has positive implications for the choice of University’s Strategy. And it can effectively suppress the speculation behavior in universities, but the structure of incentives (Early development funds M and follow-up incentives b) in the low level of supervision is not meaningful. To reduce the effort cost is the need to solve the problem for universities. It Means that based on the good reputation, the Universities should also improve their research capacity. On these bases, defines the concept and calculation of the reputation, by comparing the simulation results, analyses the effectiveness of the reputation mechanism and use the destroyer group verified the stability of reputation mechanism. Reasonable mechanism can effectively suppress speculation behavior. From the perspective of the swarm simulation and evolution to analyses and explain the traditional model, the results can give a more intuitive understanding.The main innovations of this paper are the following:(1) The topics based on the concept of human society, combined with game theory, CAS theory and the theory of reputation mechanism, from a new theoretical perspective, study the speculation in University-Industry Cooperation by the Multi-Agent modeling and simulation method. From the theoretical tools and research perspective, made a great innovation.(2) Regard the mixed strategy as the Strategy selection for the main body of the game in repeated games; define a simple calculation method of reputation. On this basis, expand the invaders model of reputation, better closer to the complex situation of the reality, making the results more realistic.(3) According to the actual University-Industry Cooperation agreement, to establish University-Industry Cooperation imperfect information dynamic game model. Combine with reputation mechanism simulation study; expand the University-Industry Cooperation game model, lower the requirements of the rationality and common knowledge on the participants. Through analyzing the simulation results, make some significant contributions to establish the normative, long-term University-Industry Cooperation, put forward some feasibility proposals.Finally, I summarize the whole work, pointed out deficiencies and directions of future research in the article. I hope that this study can play a certain reference role to establish the normative, long-term mechanism of University-Industry Cooperation.
