Under the tendency of the world economic globalization and regional economic integration, through broad-based international energy cooperation on a global scale to achieve the optimal allocation of energy resources and complementary, it is the world's economic and social development needs, but also various countries'inevitable choice to seek the development. The international energy cooperation is the game relations to seek common interests on the basis of their own interests, actually the process of international energy cooperation is the process of participants gaming continuously. So analyze the international energy cooperation game and game process, reveal the evolution of international energy cooperation, we can provide a meaningful policy reference to promote international energy cooperation. At present many domestic and foreign scholars are engaged in international energy cooperation game studies,. from different aspects, different angle, they make a more in-depth analysis, in order to solve the issue of energy cooperation and provide some useful suggestions. However, most study are based on traditional methods of game theory, due to the strict rational assumptions of traditional game theory and static perspective, game analysis does not reflect the true reality, and reflect some limitations. In this paper, we sum up research of scholars and problems in practice, from the macro-dynamic point of view, use evolutionary game method to describe the evolutionary regularity of international energy cooperation, it also reveals the key factors which decide the evolution of international energy cooperation. This paper is divided into five parts:in the Introduction part. we briefly describe the background, significance of the research and the context of domestic and foreign research; in the first chapter, we introduce the related theories; in the second chapter, depict the game relationship of international energy cooperation, analyze the features of international energy cooperation game and influencing factors of the international energy cooperative games, so as to lay the foundation for the model building; in the third chapter, we build the international energy cooperation evolutionary game model to analyze the evolutionary game process of international energy cooperation, and identify the stability of the system evolution, explore the evolutionary path of the system and impact factors; in the fourth chapter, use of MATLAB simulation to test the evolution game model of international energy cooperation, and make simulation analysis on the further changes in the evolution path of international energy cooperation system; in the fifth chapter, we make conclusions and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. We obtain the following conclusions in this study:first, the International energy cooperation is a two-dimensional nonlinear system that is consist of game participants, it is evolutionary process that is closely related to the initial state and the system saddle-point, its evolutionary path is uncertain, the horizontal and vertical coordinates value of system saddle point is the threshold of system evolutionary path to change. second, numerical simulations show:With the changes of factors affecting evolutionary path, transition of the system evolutionary tracks will occur, reflecting the characteristics of a stage. Therefore, in the preparation stage of system, the level of cooperation is low, the competence structure and degree of cultural identity is a key element to promote cooperation probability, in development stage of system, driven by technological innovation, cooperation probability constantly be enhanced, at this time, the information costs and speculative gains are the key factors that decide stable development of the system.
