The industrial park is accompanied by China’s reform and openingup and development, the development and construction of Industrial Park,to actively promote the city modernization, scientific and reasonableallocation of land resources, the adjustment of economic structure,improve the investment environment, accurate guide industrialagglomeration, create favorable conditions. Although the development ofZhuzhou City Industrial Park has achieved certain results, but withChina’s Shanghai, Suzhou and other advanced areas is still a relativelylarge gap, in the aspects of management system, development mechanism,there are many problems. This paper focus on the course to Zhuzhouindustrial park development, investigation of the provincial industrialpark development thinking and development mode, combined withregional characteristics, Zhuzhou city resources, industrial development,based on theoretical analysis and empirical research method, microanalysis and macro analysis combined, of Zhuzhou City Industrial Parkdevelopment background, conditions the basic situation and operationsystem, conducted a comprehensive analysis, opportunities andchallenges faced by the reason of the existence of development ofZhuzhou City Industrial Park issues and problems and the city ofZhuzhou Industrial Park are studied carefully, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating the development ofZhuzhou City Industrial park.Through in-depth analysis of Zhuzhou City Industrial Park, I thinkthe main problems in the development of Zhuzhou City Industrial Park.The development is not balanced, development strategy is not clear, theoperation mechanism is not smooth, the support system is not perfect, inorder to solve these problems, Zhuzhou City Industrial Park Managementto further standardize and strengthen, from the creation of externalconditions, build support system, straightening out the managementmechanism of Zhuzhou City Industrial Park, continue to create a goodenvironment for development, and promote the sustainable developmentof Zhuzhou City Industrial park.
