With the abnormal fluctuation of the international economy and the downturn of the domestic economy,the industrial park in China has a lot of challenges.N industrial park is located in TianJinWuQing district which is the core area to TongWuLang.Along with the national strategy of the coordinated development of industrial of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the signing of the TongWuLang strategic cooperation agreement and national industrial has been shift from southern area to Bohai economic circle,it brings significant and historical opportunities for N park.Firstly,because of the geographical advantages,it has priority to undertake the Beijing and Tianjin industry and some research institutions to the surrounding area.However,under the pressure of the decrease of macro economic,it is also facing some competitive threat from the nearby parks and XiongAn New Area.Therefore,N park need to clarify the development path and make the development strategy that fit in well with their particularities.It is important to lay the foundation of for the coordinated development of industrial of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This essay is using strategic management theory and method,by using PEST analysis and five model analysis to analysis the N industrial park external environment and competitive environment and summarizes the opportunities and challenges of its development.Furthermore,it has been research of the park management departments and enterprises in the park and evaluation of the resources and capacity comprehensively.Finally,with the above research results of SWOT analysis,we make some suitable and efficiency strategic direction and strategic target and its implementing guarantee.According to the studies,it has found that N industry area should choose settlement and development direction of ST strategy.It does not only have tightly grasped opportunities,but it also helps in overcoming their own weaknesses,through the perfect system and self operation level of ascension and deepening capital resources with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in collaborative development.Moreover,they can create their own advantages using different ways to dissolve threats in their surroundings [industrial park development].And it is important to clarify the city's integrity.The N Park construction will consist of three strategies that will help in making the area become a modern place thus,being able to travel,live,work etc..
