Research On Financial Evaluation System Design And Application Of The GJ Grid Company

In recent years, the reform of state-owned enterprises have been continued to deepen, state-owned assets management system have been gradually improved, the central SASAC enterprise evaluation system also have been constantly improved. As China’s power industry manage the deepening of reform, in order to meet the current needs of the electricity market, the GJ grid company is facing many new problems and new situations and many new challenges and tasks, financial evaluation of the GJ grid company must also fulfill the social development and the company’s development. Therefore, the financial evaluation system to study the GJ grid company, explore effective ways to build financial evaluation system can not only enrich research on this topic in our country, has some theoretical value, but also help improve the GJ grid company integrated management level with a strong practical significance.This study uses theoretical analysis and appraisal methods, systematically research the basic theory of modern enterprise financial evaluation, discusses the history of domestic and foreign financial evaluation, combing domestic financial evaluation method, explains the necessity to establish financial evaluation system for the GJ grid company, analysis the status of the current financial evaluation system for GJ grid company, sums up its existing problems are:the general idea of the financial evaluation is not clear, the content of the financial evaluation is not complete, the target of financial evaluation is set unscientific, financial evaluation system is not perfect, the lack of timely and effective feedback is not conducive to sustainable development. To solve the above problems, the appropriate financial evaluation system for the GJ grid company should be established. According to the ideas how headquartered require subordinate enterprises to develop financial evaluation. Proposed general guiding ideology, principles to be followed as well as specific measures, constructed covering nine aspects, financial evaluation library of38specific indicators. Introducing such as fixed assets ratio, the core assets indicators of the grid companies, so that the evaluation of the core asset management capabilities is more objective. It is introduced that knowledge capital, and other indicators of social responsibility, to evaluate sustainable development and the degree of corporate social contribution. The application methods of financial evaluation were designed, to practically apply by four steps from identifying goals, follow-up examination, evaluation, results of feedback. The safeguards were proposed in four areas of the organization, personnel, systems and culture. It’s proved that financial evaluation system redesign can be effectively applied. Finally, the study subjects were summarized, the main conclusions presented in four areas, and future research is prospected.
