Research And Application Of Investment Evaluation System Model For Power Grid

The implementation of power grid projects is a complex process. Since the projects often have large investment, urgent schedule, a lot of personnel with different professional involved in and many internal and external influences and constraints, evaluation of the investment situation by the power grid enterprises becomes an important issue during the their operation and management. However, as we have a wide range of operation activities, a lot of departments and too much data to deal with, there are still many problems on investment evaluation such as the results being inaccurate, not forming a uniform evaluation model, cumbersome calculation process in evaluation, costing too much manpower resources and so on.This paper have summarized the characteristics of the power gird investment activities and researched on the current scheme in power grid enterprises, designed an investment evaluation model, and developed a software system for power grid enterprises to provide support in investment evaluation. This system has built an investment evaluation indicators system. Through the automatic calculation of indexes values and weights, the system shows up a result in the form of quantitative scores. That would reduce the human workload, improve calculation accuracy, reduce computing time and minimize errors, which would reduce the complexity of evaluation. In addition to the result scores, the system is also able to analyze deeply indexes including in the indicators system with multi-dimensional and provide the decision-makers accurate and reliable quantitative data. This system provides advanced dynamic real-time graphical interactive display methods to make the results clear and easier to understand and research. The system used J2EE technology standards other related technologies such as Spring, iBATIS, Flex, etc.In a short time, the grid investment evaluation system can provide a full range of decision-making support for the leaders and to resolve the current difficulties in identifying the investment situations. In the long run, this system will optimize the investment structure of grid construction, improve investment benefits. It is of great importance in promoting the g rd enterprises and valuable to spread.
