The Inventory Control Of Retail Enterprisesof Dangerous Chemicals

The fundamental purpose of inventory control is to reduce the waste of resources,rationally use the limited resources, cut down the total cost of logistics and makeenterprises to gain more profit. At present, enterprises engaged in the transportation ofdangerous chemicals in our country are faced with high inventory, inaccurate inventoryinformation, low turnover rate and the high share liquid funds, therefore, research on thetheory and methods of inventory control about dangerous chemicals plays a veryimportant role in enterprise management.In this article, inventory control methods of the retail enterprises on hazardouschemicals are studied, the past few decades literature about traditional inventory controltheory are analyzed and summarized content about inventory related to needs, inventoryconstraint by the service level and random inventory, at the same time,also noticed thatmost of the literature does not take into account the special risk chemicals, but in reality,the retail enterprises could set priority consumer strategy to protect their big customers’interests. Analyze and introduce inventory requirements, inventory management andsecurity of hazardous chemicals.Based on the above, in order to combine theory and practice better, this articlewould segment the market into high demand and low demand, determine the optimalorder quantity target depending on minimize cost of inventory, set up the inventorymodel considering “expired cost” and “dangerous cost”, in addition, illustrate theguidance value of the improved dangerous chemicals inventory model by combiningwith the specific example.Secondly, the inventory system model involve the two kinds of demand level,different service condition and the random replenishment lead time, so as to explore theoptimal control method for inventory and explain some practical phenomena in realitymanagement through a sensitivity analysis of parameters.Finally, the paper summarizes all the work, points out some problems andprospects the further research direction in the future.
