Home appliance sector is an important areas of life which related to thedevelopment of national economy and people’s life, in which has already formed thesituation that appliance enterprise groups leading the fashion. With the smooth andhealthy development of national economy, home appliance demand becomesincreasingly personalized, the attribute of demand leading production has becomeincreasingly apparent. How to reasonably arrange production has become a subujecthome appliance enterprise groups must in face of and how to accept the order and in aplanned way and adjust production as demand changes is one of the crucial problem.Because of the deepening of production division, the upstream enterprise has directimpact on the production plan, to ensure the execution of production plan, supplierselection becomes a problem must be solved.On the basis of huge amount of previous studies, this research first applyingcomplex network to home appliance enterprise group production research, and clearlydescribes home appliance enterprise group’s internal and environmental characteristicsthrough the establishment of home appliance enterprise group complex supply anddemand networks, and profoundly reveals the environment characteristics of homeappliance production. After a comprehensive understanding of the related agentsand technological process, this paper first builds a complex network of supply anddemand, to describe the internal relations of the complex networks. Then twointeger programming model is proposed to determine arriving orders’s price andchoose suppliers and subcontractors of them, based on the collection of large numberof related theoretical achievements and research data. Finally, the study illustratesthe method of applying the model and its practical value combined with a large screwmachine commercial air conditioning production process which demonstrates that thisstudy provides a useful tool for the actual production process and the study’stheoretical value.Through research, we obtain the following research and study conclusion. The production of home appliance enterprise groups is closely related to upstream anddownstream units, home appliance enterprise group’s production operationenvironment was actually a scale-free network. Due to the randomness attribute ofdemand, the implementation of production plan needs a powerful control system andtool, to adjust in advance is very important for home appliances production.Example shows that the proposed integer programming model possesses greatapplication value.
