Research On Construction And Evaluation System Of Eco-City

With the emergence of various ecological crisis,changes in people’s values aswell as the impact of a variety of "green" ideological trend，people pay more and moreattention to the construction of ecological and livable city.The theory of "Eco-city"has been accepted by people,and has been regarded as the advanced mode of the cityin the future.At present,the research on Eco-city has become one of the hot issues inthe field of the urban planning and urban science research.Because"Research onConstruction and Evaluation System of Eco-City"is the important content ofecological city theory system,so studying the theory has the important theoretical andrealistic significance.As an important coastal city of Shandong province,Qingdaoexplicitly put forward the goal to construct ecological city in the urban planning of2006-2020.Research and evaluation of Qingdao,has important practical significancefor reasonable measuring the present condition of urban construction,improving thelevel of urban construction and promoting the construction of ecological city,at thesame time also has a certain reference for the construction of other cities.According to"Shandong plan for ecological province construction","Qingdao cityplanning，2006-2020"and other policy，guided by the theory of Urban ecology and thesustainable development,this paper assessed the ecological city construction andevaluation of Qingdao with the method of combining qualitative and quantitativecomparative analysis．1、In this thesis,it is summarized the domestic and foreign relevant theoreticalresearch results,practical experience and comprehensive evaluation method in the ofecological city．2、 SWOT analysis is used to analyze the condition of the ecological cityconstruction in Qingdao,the ecological footprint analysis is used to analyze the currentsituation of ecological in Qingdao.Analysis results show that Qingdao has been in astate of "ecological debt",the development of the city is beyond its own ecologicalcarrying capacity.In the development of Qingdao,location, resources and otheradvantages should be made full use of,policy,economy,traffic and other goodopportunities also must be seized,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses topromote the ecological city construction.3、Evaluation System of Eco-City is preliminary built through the frequency statistics,on the basis of combining the related data from2005to2012in Qingdao,principal component analysis is used to longitudinal evaluate the development statusof ecological city with Qingdao. The evaluation results show that: ecological cityconstruction in Qingdao presents the rising trend, but there are many shortcomings inthe economic structure, social security, science and education, and environmentalgovernance, remained to be improved.At the same time,this paper on the basis ofthe principal component analysis optimizes the index system of the original,builds theevaluation index system of ecological city.4、Using the optimization of the evaluation index system, this paper through theAnalytic hierarchy process (AHP) to longitudinal evaluate the development status ofecological city with Qingdao.The evaluation results show that: eco-city constructionlevel of Qingdao is general, the construction of ecological city has a long way.5、On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper puts forwardthe countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of ecological city withQingdao from the economic, social and environment three aspects,so as to providereference for Qingdao and other ecological city construction.
