Study On International Cooperation Model Of Marine Biological Pharmaceutical Industry Of Shandong Province

In recent years, as a strategic high-tech industry, the marine biological pharmaceutical industry has gradually become an important part of the marine economy. In China, the marine biological pharmaceutical industry has been included in the Twelfth Five-Year Guideline as one of seven strategic industries and pillar industries.Shandong province is a large marine economy province, has rich marine medicine resources and strong scientific research strength, and is the natural cradle of marine biological pharmaceutical industry, which requires high technology level. But the characteristic of marine biological pharmaceutical industry itself determines a country or region is difficult to independently complete the whole process of new drug research and development to sales. Therefore, how to use the international cooperation to promote the development of industry, find international cooperation modes suited to the characteristics of the marine biological pharmaceutical industry of Shandong province, has substantial significance of the development of the Marine biological pharmaceutical of Shandong province.Firstly, based on the concept and theories of international cooperation of marine biological pharmaceutical of Shandong province, this thesis analyzes the factors that influence and limit the development of marine biological pharmaceutical of Shandong province using grey correlation model, and finds out that the funds is the most important influence factor. In the meantime, based on the empirical analysis, the thesis summarizes some existing problems of marine biological medicine industry development in Shandong province, including the transformation problems of scientific research achievements and backwardness of screening the new drugs, etc. Then, in order to choose the most suitable international cooperation partner of Shandong province, this thesis establishes evaluation index system of a national or regional environment of international cooperation, and comes up with the judging indexes determining whether international cooperation environment good or not by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Thirdly, based on the above analysis, this thesis discusses the necessity of constructing model using game theory, and tries to construct the international funds cooperation mode, a system in which industry, R&D institution and foreign investors all cooperate. In the end, the thesis puts forward three advices, including the construction of foreign funds introduction platform, the improvement of the operation method and to perfect the relevant laws and regulations of international capital cooperation.
