Based On The Agility Of BPMS Application In Electronic Components Distribution Company

ABSTRACT:With the arrival of the Digital Revolution and the Information Age, both of the electronic manufacturing industry and IT industry have got a big development, which createsgreat chances for Electronic components industry, and also leads to the birth and growth of numbers of distributors. It has been a prior issue for these distributing enterprises that how to accelerate their development and become more normal and mature in the fiercecompetence and the volatile situation of this industry so that they can avoid dying out of the market.Firstly, based on the analysis and study on the features of the Electronic components market and the status of the distributing market, the article points out the challenge distributors will meet with when they try to improve their ability of competing, and accordingly, the author come up with the key word——agility, which can be an important feature for the enterprises. Secondly, this article brings in the concept——business process management, and analyzes the effect it will have on the agility of enterprise. In addition, how to build a complete and high-effective platform of business process management and make a close connection between the operation flow and information system, so that the problems enterprises will have in the process of improving agility, can get solved smoothly, all these questions will be analyzed in this part. At last, the author will take SECOM, where the author works as a caseto demonstrate the impact that the business process management will have on the agility of distributing enterprise, practically, which the author believe can be crucial for the improvement of enterprises’competence.The paper analyzes the challenges the distributing enterprises will face deeply; with the relative studying on thebusiness process management, from the perspective of enterprises’agility, makes an empirical analysis to build anevaluation system, whichis based on the management; and illustrates the IT method which will be taken to achieve this management. All these can make a guidance for enterprises to improve their competence in the market.
