With the rapid development of real-estate industry in recent years, the competition in this filed is more and more fierce. However, it also means that the real-estate industry in our country faces more opportunities and greater challenges. Under such circumstances and in order to promote the development of Nanning’s real-estate market, Guangxi Linfeng Real-Estate Co., Ltd. makes use of its own advantage to develop Linfeng No.1project.The research its marketing strategies not only can motivate marketers make full use of existing resources to explore market potentials and so as to folly meet customer’s needs, but also have important meanings in improve the quality and marketing concepts of this project. At the same time, the research can provide some effective suggestions in turning disadvantages into advantages and the sustainable development of this project. Thus, under the circumstance of rapid development of real-estate industry, the case study of Linfeng No.1project possesses certain practical guiding significance.In this paper, the relevant theories of marketing are used to analyze Linfeng No.1project’s characteristics and the problems it faces, and to provide the marketing strategies according to the collected date. The whole paper is consisted of four main parts. In the first part, the current situation of real estate industry in our country is analyzed. In the second part, both the macro and micro environment of real estate industry are analyzed based on the SWOT strategy to reveal the opportunities and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of Linfeng No.1project. The third part is mainly about the marketing strategies that are made according to the market segmentation and project targeting of the project. In the last part, some effective suggestions are provided, together with a specific implementation plan and the safeguard measures to ensure the project goes smoothly.
