The Study Of The Interaction Mechanism Between Rural Tourism Micro Enterprises Management And Ethnic Minority Cultural Inheritance In National Regions

With the coming of the era of cultural economy and tourism economy,The interactive development between culture and tourism has become a scientific choice which conforms to the law of industry development. Relying on an abundance of colorful ethnic cultures,the ethnic cultural tourism destinations have sprung up, however, in the process of rapid development of the tourism industry, the ethnic cultural tourism destinations are heavily impacted by foreign culture. Local residents began to lost confidence about their cultural traditions, then culture inheritance of ethnic minority areas faces crisis. At this time, as the key attractions for many tourist destinations, characteristic minority culture is only the guarantee for the sustainable development of local tourism.From the point of sustainable development, such a situation go against the coordinated development of economy, politics and culture in national regions, and it also does harm to the sustained rapid and sound development of Tourism and culture of ethnic minorities in ethnic cultural tourism destinations. Culture inheritance of ethnic minority areas must rely on natives, and rural tourism micro enterprises is the primary form natives engage in the tourism industry. With the development of rural tourism micro enterprises, the minority cultural heritage will be going on. In turn, ethnic minority culture maybe a good idea to promote the management of the rural tourism micro enterprises. By study the interaction mechanism between rural tourism micro enterprises between ethnic minority culture inheritance, I sincerely hope it is helpful to realize the sustainable development of tourism and culture in national regions.This paper makes a study of the interaction mechanism between rural tourism micro enterprises and ethnic minority culture inheritance by taking Changyang Tujia autonomous county as the example, base on the theory of Rural tourism micro enterprises management and the minority cultural heritage,and by using the reliability analysis method, factor analysis method, correlational analysis method and independent T-test, we draw the following conclusions:Rural tourism micro enterprises have an obvious influence on the inheritors, ways and places of minority cultural heritage.The influence of the Ethnic minority culture on rural tourism micro enterprises including "market and products","spiritual aspect","economy","society","policy" and "supplier"The influence of "spiritual aspect" on rural tourism micro enterprises comes from the Ethnic minority culture has the positive effects to the operating performance of enterprises, the influence of "economy" and "society" have the positive effects to annual income level of business owners, the influence of "economy" has the positive effects to satisfaction of business owners.Owners of rural tourism micro enterprises have stronger consciousness about minority cultural heritage than others, which has the positive effects to annual income level of business owners.On the basis of empirical research, this paper put forward the benign interaction of rural tourism micro enterprises management and ethnic minority cultural inheritance from the perspective of countermeasures.
