Research Of Mechanism Between Rural Tourism Development And Land Use Change Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Rural tourism promote urban and rural integrative development and precisely rural poverty alleviation and the effective path to rich farmers out of poverty.The development of rural tourism depend on land for tourism development,is an important factor of effect on land use change.Under the background of new urbanization,the rural tourism development of rural land of landscape spatial structure and land use pattern had great changes,at the same time,the change of land use,in turn,promote or restrict the development of rural tourism.Hand,give full play to the rural tourism vigorous development of tourism industry agglomeration effect,promote the development of industrial cluster,and then in tourism destination spatial structure,division of labor cooperation and towns play an important role in the quality of the ascension,is a realistic choice to implement human-centered new urbanization.The other hand,the domestic relevant scholars of new type of urbanization under the background of the rural tourism development for reflection and review,such as the regional spatial structure type and characteristics of rural tourism,rural tourism destination spatial structure evolution process and mechanism,mode and regulation of rural tourism landscape space evolution and the mode of land use would still need a theoretical reflection and predicament breakthrough.Study the mechanism of action of the rural tourism development and land use change of urban tourism resource allocation and the upgrading urban development has the vital significance.In this study,the land use pattern change change of Wufeng tujia autonomous county was analyzed by using the participatory rural appraisal method(PRA),the combination of GIS and remote sensing image to the method for more than a decade of rural tourism development and land use change.From the scale of land use change,the rate of land use change,land use space change analysis of several aspects on the basis of the rural tourism development and interaction mechanism of land use change,upgrade,the rural tourism development and urban development are analyzed the positive cycle effect between land use change;Then it is concluded that the new urbanization development and land use change under the background of rural tourism study;Finally put forward the optimization of land use pattern policy recommendations to promote the development of rural tourism.The research mainly draw the following conclusions:(1)Between 2005-2015,land use mode has changed significantly inWufeng tujia autonomous county;(2)The land use change and development of rural tourism have time consistency in Wufeng tujia autonomous county;(3)There exist bidirectional effect between the rural tourism development and land use change,the rural tourism development drive to land use change,land use change can also affect the rural tourism development;(4)the tourism oriented new urbanization is the effective path to realize the urban development.Among rural tourism development,land use change and urban development upgrade exist positive cycle mechanism.
