Research On Protective Tourism Utilization Of Endangered She’s Costume Intangible Cultural Heritage Based On Different Parties Of Interest

Along with the prosperity and development of our country’s social economic, the acceleration of urban and rural integration process and the new rural area construction, the modern material civilization and spiritual civilization make a great impact on the traditional culture of ethnic minorities, especially a considerable part of the ethnic traditional costume culture which is on the verge of losing intrinsic survival environment. Tourism activity show the national cultural heritage to tourists in a novel and unique way, improving the visibility and attention of the heritage, promoting the protection and inheritance of endangered cultural heritage, flourishing the local economy, as well as improving their citizens’ quality of life. But in the process of tourism development, how to handle the relationship between heritage protection and tourism development, and how to balance the relationship between the various stakeholders to form a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation situation and avoid conflicts of interest and contradiction, have always been an important research subject in academic circles.This study makes endangered She’s costume culture heritage as study object, reviews and summarizes the basic theory of national costumes of heritage tourism utilization, sustainable development theory, stakeholder theory and other related theories; it takes Mindong She’s national costume as a case, and explores the various stakeholders involved in the process of tourism development on Mindong She’s costume culture heritage from the perspective of stakeholders; it puts forward its core stakeholders in the initial stage of tourism development including local government, developers,local residents and tourists through the investigation and analysis. Then, it conducts empirical research on their interests pursuit tendency of the core stakeholders involved in the initial stage of tourism development on Mindong heritage site through field investigation, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, and uses factor analysis method to find out the interests of the appeal which stakeholders pay the most attention to, and puts forward the problems existing in the protection and tourism development of endangered minority costume heritage based on demand analysis results. Finally, based on the considerations of balancing contradiction and conflict between tourism development and heritage protection, and between different interest subjects, achieving the maximum comprehensive benefit, This study puts forward to building the whole protection system, establishing mutually beneficial win-win management mechanism, promoting activation using costume heritage, and establishing public information communication platform and other coordinated tourism development strategies, in order to ensure the sustainable development of heritage tourism.
