Farmers' Income Diversity And Its Influence On Forestland Circulation Willingness

With the development of rural economic system reform in our country,the behavior of farmers' business is diversified,the income structure and income source have changed greatly.The characteristics of farmer's income diversity are also prevalent.Land transfer is one of the important ways to realize large-scale operation,promote income and collect urban and rural areas.Therefore,it is quite necessary to study the impact of income diversity on forest land circulation,and it has a positive role in promoting China's agricultural modernization.In the past,scholars have focused on the research on the relationship between the income and the flow of cultivated land,and the research on forestry is little.Therefore,this study from the perspective of forest farmers,based on 219 research questionnaires in Fushun City,Qingyuan County.The basic situation of the sample is described from the aspects of the survey,the head of household information and the basic situation of the family;This paper describes the income diversity of the sample farmers from the aspects of income composition and distribution status and income statistics,and so on;From the farmers' forest land transfer type,the willingness of farmers to switch to forest land,the reasons for the circulation,the period of circulation,the area of circulation,the signing of the transfer contract Circulation policy awareness of the situation and other aspects of farmers to understand the situation of forest land circulation.Based on the above descriptive analysis,this paper analyzes the income diversity of farmers and the willingness of their forest land transfer,and puts forward the theoretical analysis framework and the hypothesis of this paper,and establishes the Logit model of forest land circulation to carry on empirical analysis.The results are as follows:(1)Through the descriptive analysis of the survey data,it can be concluded that the head is older and less educated;there is a significant difference between the income level and the income diversity level between the villages and the farmers,farmers tend to single income and its income diversity level is low in the sample area;In the process of forest land circulation,there is a problem that the circulation degree of forest land is not high,the willingness of circulation is not strong,the circulation is not standardized and the awareness of forestry policy is not high.(2)In the cross analysis of farmers' income diversity' and the willingness of forest land circulation,,there is little difference between the farmers with the willingness to transfer and the farmers who do not have the willingness of forest land circulation for single income diversity index.For the comprehensive index,The willingness of the farmers is significantly lower than the farmers who do not have the willingness to transfer forest land.And in terms of frequency or probability,the willingness to pay a single fanner's land is higher than the income of a variety of farmers.(3)In the measurement of farmer's income diversity and willingness to transfer land,the willingness of the head of household,the number of non-agricultural jobs,the number of forest land,and the difficulty of obtaining the mortgage are negative.Whether the head of household is the party member,the family population,the cultivated land area,the harvesting index acquisition and the social capital positively affect the farmers' willingness to transfer the forest land;For the income diversity variables,with the improvement of household income diversification level,the probability that it will be transferred to the forest land will become smaller,and this effect is mainly reflected in the transfer model.Based on the above research results,We should take measures such as improving the rural infrastructure and attracting young people to return home,strict control of harvesting indicators and in the distribution of some emphasis,establishing a sound forest land transfer system,regulating the forest land circulation,cultivating professional farmers so that forestry production tends to specialization,increasing the innovation and implementation of forestry products to promote the realization of forest land circulation and achieve a modest scale of forest economy.
