Enterprise Open Innovation Capability Of Zhejiang Province And The Influencing Factors

Innovation is not only the embodiment of national core competitiveness, but also the inexhaustible source of enterprise existence and development. With the rapid development of technology and globalization competition, it’s difficult to rely solely on internal resources to gain competitive advantage. Open innovation has become a trend. Enterprise must obtain and make use of external resources, integrate resources of all aspects. In Zhejiang province, enterprise innovation ability is in the lead, as well as comprehensive strength of innovation environment. It’s worthy of attention and discussion that whether enterprises of Zhejiang can effective use of external knowledge or not under the new environment and innovation model.This research study on enterprise open innovation capability and its influence factors of Zhejiang province from the combination of theoretical and empirical perspective. In theoretical research part, the related researches of open innovation and open innovation capability at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized. On this basis this research determinded connotation and constituent elements of open innovation capability, put forward influencing factors hypothesis and respectively designed measurement scales. In empirical research part, through the quantitative analysis of enterprise questionnaire survey, this paper established the measure index and weight system and made a comprehensive evaluation. Taking the evaluation results as dependent variable, this paper further explored the relationship between influencing factors and open innovation capability to test hypothesis.The results show that the enterprise open innovation capability of Zhejiang and its component are in general level, and organizational culture, knowledge base, structure dimension, relation dimension, staff quality, capital equipment, innovation incentive, policy environment, financial environment, cognitive dimension and organizational learning have positive effect on open innovation ability. Thus, this study put forward cultivating path of enterprise open innovation capability both from macroscopic and microscopic aspects. In the conclusion and prospect part, this paper summarizes the research results and main innovation points, and indicates some problems of this research and the prospect of future research.
