Department of research and development department is the key to the technology company’s core competitiveness, R&D staff is the company’s competitive power source, R&D staff control the company’s technical information resources and products software code, control of key resources, is the company achieve strategic objectives and profitable strategic resources. R&D staff turnover rate is high, will give the company caused a direct economic loss, increase the company’s costs, affect the quality of work, company morale and reputation, weaken the competitiveness of the company, is not conducive to the sustainable development of the company.
