With the rapid development of global economic integration, in order to improve production efficiency, expand the industrial scale, and keep up with the pace of world economy, Chinese enterprises joined the foreign M&A actively, and gradually become the world’s leading transnational merger and acquisition activity. At the same time, in the domestic context of reform and opening up, China enterprises increase its competitiveness, and its products are close to saturation in the domestic market, on the other hand, this also accelerate the pace of mergers and acquisitions of enterprises China outward. The effect of China of cross-border M&A and expanding the scale of enterprises at the same time, also inevitably encounter all kinds of resistance of M&A, the cross cultural management of enterprise merger is the merger of the primary problem. China enterprise mergers and acquisitions on other countries, because the original place of different cultural backgrounds, there are great differences between the original and each other in operation and management, to meet different culture, will inevitably conflict and collision, because of cultural differences will make intercultural management challenges. Moreover, foreign M&a process of enterprises in our country is still in the primary stage, the level of international management strategy of enterprise itself is still relatively low, the ability to culture integration in M&a team are also limited, international personnel maturity is poor, which makes cross cultural management of Chinese enterprises transnational merger and acquisition is harder. This article is in this economic background, research on the cross culture management issues China enterprises in transnational mergers and acquisitions.This paper is divided into six parts, the introduction is the first chapter. introduced the significance and background of this study and related literature review. The second chapter summarizes the cross cultural management in transnational mergers and acquisitions, including the analysis of the difficulties of cross-cultural management relations between cross-border M&A and cross culture management and in transnational mergers and acquisitions, the third chapter analyzes the cultural differences Chinese transnational merger and acquisition of enterprises and the problems of cross culture management, analyzes the cultural differences between the cultural differences between different countries and regions and different country’s enterprises, focusing on the Chinese M&A enterprises of different countries are facing in cross-cultural management problems. The fourth part is the core part of this paper, through the China M&A enterprises in different countries the case to analysis and comparison of the present situation of different regional mergers and acquisitions Chinese enterprise analysis and cross-cultural management features. The fifth part puts forward specific proposals to China enterprise merger can be adopted according to different regions, for the enterprises of our country face provides reference to solve the cultural conflict of different regional enterprises mergers and acquisitions. The sixth chapter is the end of this chapter, the general survey and summary.
