The stock market as an important component of the market economy, the enterprise reform anddevelopment, optimal allocation of resources, adjusting the economic structure has played a very importantrole. Listed companies in technology-based industries, not only occupy half of the entire stock market isbig and is a regional economic and social development of the citizenry and the leader. Optimization oflisted companies on how to improve the industrial structure, regional economic development trends andstrategic choice advice, has very important significance.This article from the perspective of the history of science and technology, with a philosophicalperspective, starting from the empirical data, science, technology and the development process of theindustrial revolution in the history of the world for clues, explore the interconnectedness of technology andindustrial development. First, in the context of the development of the technology industry to sort out theinternational development trend of domestic science and technology on the basis of scientific prediction,combined with institutional mechanisms securities market, analyzes the industrial structure of listedcompanies in Henan Province and geographical distribution. Secondly, the paper summarizes thedevelopment history of Listed Companies, to study its development status. Then from the listed company’sresearch and development situation, analyzes its technical content, and try to find problems in thetechnology industry. Finally, according to the national policy guidelines and the future direction oftechnology, summarized and made a few comments and suggestions.
